That is the most heart wrenching vid I have seen yet. Thank you for doing this. I will always wish that I had had the chance to know him longer/ more than a few words.
He was my friend and a fellow Trooper. I had the Honor of standing post at his wake in Nashville. We were all made better by just having you in our lives Ryan thanks for that and truly...May the Force be with You...TB7684...Jason
My favorite thing about Ryan was however little or well you knew him you could still consider him a close friend. We were walking in the D*C parade on year and some girl from the sidelines started screaming "OMG! It's David Tennant!" and he just smiled and waved at her.
this is fantastic. I met him once, but he was always a really happy memory, and its true- he left us with a smile. Let me just say I don't cry easily... and the 501st call at the end just left me bawling. Here's to you, Ryan... and Essay, and everyone he's left behind. Go have a new adventure... just save a spot for us. <3

I wasn't going to get emotional. But then there was the sign off of returning home safely. No words. Just none....

Beautiful tribute. I didn't know Ryan well, but he always brought a smile when we ran into each other at conventions. He will be missed.
