Speaking of glass light fixtures, listen to this! We HAD a glass globe on our kitchen ceiling light fixture until a few weeks ago! Our "lovely" upstairs neighbors whom we've been having problems with for months now, were letting their brats jump up & down very hard on our kitchen ceiling. Well, the glass globe worked itself loose, like I knew it would eventually & broke on the floor! Luckily, nobody was in the kitchen at the time! I called the police but of course nothing was done about it!
I tried going up there first to show them what their kids had done but those cowards wouldn't answer the door, so I called the cops. The officer went up there & talked to them but of course it didn't really help. I also called the property manager but she's a bitch & never does anything about the neighbors here. She sure is quick to collect our rent money every month, though! At least now she knows that the idiots upstairs are to blame for this being broken so we don't get blamed for it later!
Well, I've finally found another place to move to that will be much quieter than here. I won't have anybody above me pounding & banging on my ceilings 24 hours a day, no more screaming brats, etc. I'll finally have my peace & quiet back after almost a whole YEAR of putting up with these ignorant assholes! Speaking of glass light fixtures, listen to this! We HAD a glass globe on our kitchen ceiling light fixture until a few weeks ago! Our "lovely" upstairs neighbors whom we've been having problems with for months now, were letting their brats jump up & down very hard on our kitchen ceiling. Well, the glass globe worked itself loose, like I knew it would eventually & broke on the floor! Luckily, nobody was in the kitchen at the time! I called the police but of course nothing was done about it!

I tried going up there first to show them what their kids had done but those cowards wouldn't answer the door, so I called the cops. The officer went up there & talked to them but of course it didn't really help. I also called the property manager but she's a bitch & never does anything about the neighbors here. She sure is quick to collect our rent money every month, though! At least now she knows that the idiots upstairs are to blame for this being broken so we don't get blamed for it later!

Exact same thing goes here.
Landlord runs, I mean runs to come get his money,
but when I complain to him about the neighbor upstairs, you cant reach him at all.
So one day I went to the landlords house, and screamed in the streets about my neighbor.
Then he now only accepts my rent through MAIL ONLY and does not come pick it up.
he is scared of these people and I dont know why.
And I am starting to snap.

Well, I've finally found another place to move to that will be much quieter than here. I won't have anybody above me pounding & banging on my ceilings 24 hours a day, no more screaming brats, etc. I'll finally have my peace & quiet back after almost a whole YEAR of putting up with these ignorant assholes! I'm ecstatic! I hope you can move away from your idiot neighbors. Best of luck to ya! :)

By the way, have you found out what the heck they are doing there? Just seems so crazy. I wish you well in your efforts to have this stopped. I'm a Jew who hates to see this happening to you. Again, the religion of the culprits are not an issue. Could have been anyone. Good luck.

Inconsiderate neighbors like that are slumhogs, they dont deserve to live in apartments with other human beings. They need to live and wallow in the shit filled mudpits of hell.
They are worthless pieces of shit who need to live in concrete caves.

Dude! I know whats going on becouse it happened to me ! Since you complained to the landlord now them scumbags are going to make you pay. By cranking up the noise and driving you insane. Thats what happend to me. Thats not normal noise, now its over the top and diliberate just to piss you off ! Dont snap and go upstairs with a baseball bat and break some legs or pop a cap in some asses like I almost did. Just let the court system take care of it. I hope you burn the basterds BIG TIME!
