I just keep asking myself: Aren't they ashamed that they actually don't have talent ( the members you know they can't sing, not all of them). and more than that they stand on the stage and make themselves singers.. it's really embarassing when you don't have the voice and stand on your feet telling the people " i can sing well" and the people know very well that these people can't sing but they try to cover it because those "little" singers are young and beautiful but WHAT ABOUT 40yrs later?

Being in this kind of K-Pop group doesn't mean you need to just be talented at singing. You need to have dancing skills, too - and not only that, but also a charismatic, fun personality, and confidence. Those qualities are also considered talents of idols.

Also, Jessica clearly explained that the mic was having problems...so I don't really know what you mean by this video proving that they were fake. And a lot of other artists besides SNSD lipsync, too. It's not that uncommon.

I honestly feel that snsd are fake not because only of this vid but also because most of the members can't REALLY sing.. Hyoyeon was the only one who got into SM Entertaiment by dancing, all the other got into there by singing. So that already proves they can sing.

For me to be completely honest, I think the only 3 that can actually sing: Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun. The other are meh. But, for me, that's okay, because to me, they all have great personalities, or by what they portray on camera, they seem to. They all interact well with each other, and I think in Korea, someone who is gorgeous with a great personality will be famous based on just that :D
