I haven't watched this scene since I was a young lad but its always burned in my memory...brought a tear to my eye then, and brings a tear to my eye now. Let us remember all the bloody heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom this Memorial Day 2010!!!

Yeah, protecting Britain's freedom! That's why the Empire was put up as collateral to the Americans and given away, why our politicians sold out our legal independence to the European Union, why millions of immigrants will one day outnumber the British, why now the UK is being broken up into different nations. If thats victory I think we would be better off if Germany and Japan had won!

On the Second World War, the Japanese were pretty sadistic when it comes to the territory they conquered and the P.OW.S. To make a long story short, if the Axis wins, can you imagine what could have happened?

But on the other hand...if we're lucky enough, maybe we won't be born.

Overall I don't want to know what would have happened. But yeah, in wars there's always victory that would turns up bittersweet.
