I'll actually enjoyed leveling up, it's like Zero is trying to regain his memory, but it is kind of stupid.

I dislike the leveling up too. Best thing about it though is that you can level up your stuff when you are not doing a mission. I'm happy they scrapped it in Zero 3 and Zero 4.
