Brilliant nice Cybercommander Zheng!!! I made a mistake when I did a Spare Parts scene recreation because I used the Tomb Cyberman I only got confused because after watching Fraust66's recreation I thought the Tomb Cybermen were the Cybermen in the ep.
Yeah, in Spare Parts there's a Cybercommander called Zheng, he had the sing song voice like the others but slightly deeper, and he's very cool, so I had to do a custom of him.
I liked Spare Parts. Hearing the origin of the Mondasian Cybers.

It says on wikipedia that nicholas briggs does the voices in this one he should do that voice in the new series.
