After hearing this i think dallas should go back to sometimes and remaster all of them, just the little things that he plays differently are just amazing.
YOUR IN A THEATRE DONT FUCKING INTERRUPT SOMEONE IN THE MIDDLE OF A SONG BY FUCKING CHEERING AND WOOPING THERE ARE CERTAIN PROCEDURES.. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S DALLAS GREEN! WAIT UNTILL THE END
The quality of this is amazing and its such a beautiful gig!! Plus I love that audience was so respectful and cheered at appropriate times and wasnt talking when he played. Thats the respect this man deserves. What a legendary artist he's making himself to be! Dallas is the man! Thanks for recording and uploading this for everyone! :)
I was at this too. Must be honest, shed a tear during this song. The whole night Dallas seemed totally humbled by the experience and when he mentioned it was the first song he ever really wrote and put it in context I was just like "WwwaahhhhhhHH" aka cried like a little girl. Dallas Green is a genius. Anyone else find it hilarious yet a little embarassing when someone shouted out "because he goes balls deep" when Dallas was explaining why his lighting guy was a legend? hahaha. bad.
The whole evening was just perfectly romantic. The venue, the lyrics, Dallas' voice and the fact that no one has recorded Body in a Box.... We all respected Dallas' wishes there
The entire night will stick with me even after I die.... <3
I'm so glad he played this. I'm not a massive fan of his newer stuff and think he ruined al the songs he 'remixed' with the band. I was rather disappointed with the concert until the band left him to play with just his guitar. At this point I found it hard to keep the tears at bay. His first album will always have a very special place in my heart.
I was there and this was just beautiful, I never really appreciated this song until I heard it live. I was in the front row, and it was like the rest of the Albert Hall didn't exist. I just got lost it.
Great quality... This was such an amazing night... ive seen him before, and when telling other people that wern't there, they also said 'ah well ive seen him before'' but it was different, such a stunning gig..... was captivated by all of it.. even james vincent mcmorrow. Was so good it took me till the next day to realise a few of my fav's wernt even played lol. Great performance of this song too.. :)
@breaknthebeat I 100% agree. Like Knives hasn't ever been a favourite of mine, i've always liked it but never a favourite. It was incredible, I just sat there and cried! haha
Chills every single time I hear this song. Every single version.

The best of Dallas Green is when he sings his songs with only his acoustic guitar.

Exessis 9 months ago
@Exessis It's a pick-up so it can be heard lower through and amplifier, instead of putting a microphone up to it.
