Of course the parts weren't original... he was making a video called "The Evolution of Dance". He was dancing the songs in a timeline type of thing. He had to get his work from something, or otherwise it'd be called random dancing...

Easy. Just focus carefully on beat and tempo. It's all based on the beating heart, anyway. Just go with the beating of a heart and let the rest fade away throughout the song, and dance according to the tempo, ie: how fast the heart is beating.
