This might be the WORST rendition of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musicals my ears have ever heard. Someone please remove the frog from Gerard Butler's throat! Terribly cast (with the exception of Raul, who is an average stage voice at best) this film adaptation lacks a true Phantom or Christine. I have no idea why there are so many "Likes" for this garbage except for the excuse of never hearing the original cast recording before. Don't be sheep to this over-glamorized, devoid of talented singers film.

This is the most beautiful song from any musical I've ever heard. This is my first exposure to this version, and the only reason the play at the Venetian tops this is because it is live theatre. That's saying something coming from the son of a locally successful theatre director/play writer. This version is gorgeous though, and will be what I sing for my acting audition. I know it is written for baritone, but my brother will transpose into bass for me.
