First of all, these guys know what the hell they are doing when building guitars obviously, second, the sound is what he wants to play, even if it sounds like shit, but in my hand it would sound much different as it would you and your rig. So don't dis the guitar because because your mind it so simple to realize that.The extra wood is a tone bar moron, for added tone as ed has explained countless times to the brain weak.
