It is moving but you can´t see it. It´s way to fast for a camera. A typical effect when filming something rotating very fast. You got the same effect when filming a helicopter rotor or a prop-engine. It even looks like rotating in the opposite direction sometimes. :-)

@rohanA380 Is is moving. It is way inside. What you are seeing is the blade guard. If it was the fan blade, then that silver tube like thing would be spinning. I been on an MD-80 before and it look exactly like what you are seeing in person
