  • chevrolet Cruze or Mazda 3 xD

  • why would they replace the cobalt with this piece of crap. Looks like a car my grandma would drive. Good thing I already bought my Cobalt SS since they'll be replaced by a crappy sedan with the likes of a KIA

  • @CptVog Cruze has dual valve control, its better than ordinary vvt-i.

  • @CptVog the ss is a different beast than the cobalt and im sure you know that, which is why you made the right choice and bought the ss version. Have you ever ridden in the standard compact sedan version of the Cobalt? It's horrible. I felt like i had been riding a horse after i got out. Again, you cant compare the compact sedan version of the cobalt to the SS. I am glad they got rid of the Cobalt, it is the most uncomfortable car Ive ever ridden in, even worse than my old chevette.

  • @Bonanzaplaylists Yup,and Im sure if they make the SS version of ruze,it'll be like inspired from the European WTCC Cruze

  • I work for one of the big 4 car rental companies...we just recived 150 of these on fleet...and u wont find any employee who will say anything good about them unfortunately. Crook gearbox...quesionable quality...gutless petrol motor...up agains the Ford Focus, Mazda 3 etc... it is nowhere in the same league...but punters will buy them cause of the badge.....

  • It was actually designed by GM-Holden, GM-North America & GM Europe. They all played a part in developing this car. and the car will be built in Australia for Australian Customers and in the Us for US customers ect. It was only Built in Korea temporarily because GM wanted to rush it to market

  • its developed n tested in australia but not sure if its deisgned in australia

  • @danielnunn51871

    WRONG

This car is completely developed in Korea by Daewoo..

It's designed by Daewoo as GM claims but contrary to GM's claim that it's engineered in Germany... it's actually engineered in Korea too... Daewoo modified the Opel developed Delta I platform for the use in the Lacetti Premier back in 2008 and GM took this so called Global platform back to Germany and called it the Delta II and started using in other GM cars.. this car is Daewoo through and through... Sorry~

  • ths will fail

  • actually,da rear ressembles opel, which is another GM brand

  • I think it resembles the current Civic Saloon...

  • And I know that Opel is a GM brand, my dad owned a Vectra for 10 years, plus the fact that I know incredibly much about cars. There are a lot of Opels which look nothing like the Cruze.

  • well take a look at da rear , it looks like da other opel line ups

  • well, cruze's rear look like opel insignia a lil bit

  • I hope this car does well. I think GM is starting to realise that it can't sell cheap & cheerful cars it has for so long.

This car will be built in Australia from 2010 alongside the Holden Commodore (Vauxhall VXR8) which is a good car too. GM is starting to sell some good quality cars again.

  • GM has changed since 2009 n become a better GM

  • hehe, he said "4 door rather than 5"

unless that does make sense somehow, i'm pretty bad with car talk

  • one advantage of havin a sedan is dat u have a switch dat can open da baggage door from driver seat

  • But the interior quality suddenly improved. that was an impossibility before Daewoo. All the South Korean supplier provide high quality low cost materials. Something Americans can not do. So Fuck GM.

  • listen, cruse is a korean Gm so it has nothing to do with GM US
