Touchscreen support is an early stage. A pen works best right now but I am sure we can tune it to be usable with a finger.

I think the bootloader is the same for S8003 and S8000. Thus it should work. However I did not test this myself as I don't have a S8003.

if you buy a freaking samgung jet just by watching this video, you're either retarded or have severe brain damage.

the jet is the worst phone ever, for the same price, you can get an x10.

not to mention that it's quite fragile

Great work dopi! ive first looked for a way to boot android on jet like half a jear ago, and i was thrilled to find something, altough it was in an early phase..... Now i see this and i smile jet runs it smooth :D

Thanks so much for sticking to it, i know many people wil be happy from this work :). keep it going :D

ps. jet is a great phone, nice designed feels sleek, but this android was all that was needed to make it truly amazing :D

Sorry, we can't give any dates and it is not sure if there will EVER be full Android support for this phone. If you wan't to buy a phone that supports Android I suggest looking at phones that have it installed ;-)

In the menu "about the phone" you can see it is about android 2.1 update 1 version.

I know you can't see it on the video but on the darkforestgroup you can tutorials to install it.
