I live in Australia, we can grow White or Brown Portobello mushies in ready made boxes. Other types of mushrooms are not that easy for home growing. It is still new to here, as far as I know. Your mushrooms are great, I am jealous. I would love to do what you are doing. I LOVE MUSHROOMS.

I know the Scherrs personally and they are great people! I've helped them harvest at times and it's amazing to see it in person
