So my friend finally told me how he started dunking, he's shorter than me (he’s 5'6) but jumps over a foot higher! Apparently he used the training program over at dunkeasy.notlong[dot]com and gained 14 inches in his vertical leap! I'm in my first week of the program now and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start dunking!
