  • This is out dated but good info!

  • Illuminati motor works? I wouldn't trust them.

  • I watched the hole thing. Good video!

  • solar panels on your roof, electric car in your garage, and poof! just like that the oil companies and all associated evils disappear. If you are serious about changing the world in which we live then make this your ambition for the next 10 years, we must change not them.

  • the wait for the recharge of the electric car is actually no problem, if you really need to stop the car and charg it, well, it's ok, go grab a dinner or watch a movie...go even drink a beer. it will relance the economy.

  • Yes

  • Fantastic documentary...thank you for sharing!

  • Thanks for this great video.

OK - great! - electric vehicles offer the best path forward.

But this programme also gives great insight into crass large corporations - such as Opel/GM - and their baleful influence on US/EU public policy and the public purse.

Great to have people like Elon Musk of Tesla and others like him. Good luck to them and I look forward to driving their cars ASAP.

  • Comprest air is the real futur fuel for cars, I have seen that it is possible. An car engineer in France made this air fuel car. Invest in that tecnology, because air is free. And let all oil consumer cars die.

  • i studied the same "compressed air" french car... but the thing is, you still have to spend energy/money on compressing the air... compressing air, uses a high carbon footprint.

  • Dear lovelessemotion,

Comprest air have a carbon footprint, but that footprint is twenty times lower than fossilfuel. It is imposseble now at the moment to make a care without an carbon footprint, but all new and cheap inprovements will be a step forward in mobillity joy! Thank you very much indeed Mr. lovelessemotion for you comment.

    Kind regard,

  • The MDI Air Car is the car of the future

  • GM needs to be killed... so that a new company can be created.. with better management team.

Obama is a fool to ask taxpayers to support this stupid comapny.

  • electric cars will take over, its just a matter of time an those big stupid companies are screwed =D

...if they go bankrupt its what they get for ruining the economy, dominating the market, and corrupting our environment...they are just ruining it for everyone-including themselves-it really is very dumb.

  • GM is going bankrupt; I wonder why? Maybe German boy should wake up.

  • Regarding electrical or hydrogen there are some really hot concepts for geothermal plants using oil drilling methods. If we can get cheap electricity these methods will be choice.

  • I love how duh-tch programs now just lapse into english. Same with conversations these days. One of the reasons Holland is still a rich nation is their knowledge of english I am convinced. Compare to France or Spain or Greece which are dropping like rocks tossed into an abyss.

  • thank you for uploading this

  • woooow! good job, this is really true and what this guys are doing on their garages is something we should start to do too. stop depending on the big companies. cars like the honda clarity and tesla should be the role model.

  • Very well done but from what i have seen car company´s have been investing in electric cars.

And not so much in hydrogen anymore, They say they have their electric cars production ready by late 2009-2010, so maybe there is hope .

  • I agree with Elon, hydrogen is a joke and a stalling technique.

  • @Air420

u agree with elon but how are you suppose to move 7 passengers coast to coast if you need to stop every 200miles for 3.5 hours to recharge it?

  • @sexyneu You're not. But electric has the potential to replace almost all commuter vehicles. I'm also not as hostile towards hydrogen as I was last year, look up Dan Nocera on google video. He has a lab at MIT that is promising electrolysis for sub $500 compared to tens of thousands of dollars today.

  • @sexyneu just google "electric cars batterie replacement stations" and there is your answer

  • @sexyneu Why wait for 3.5 hours to recharge your batteries (haha) when you may exchange the entire bank of batteries with a fresh recharged set? The concept: ejecting a casette tape, removing, plugging in another casette tape; Only, you will be ejecting/plugging in a bank of batteries, with a standardized pallet plug-in design.
