Odio a sakura ,pero, adoro la actuacion de esa chica pues aunque se trabo un poco el kunai, a falta de filo, admiro su valor al cortarte de esa manera el cabello mis respetos

It's her real hair, but of course, the kunai is not real. It's a wooden kunai with sharpened shave blades stick into it in one border; the problem is that there three blades and the union between them makes difficult to cut hair.

When she starts cutting her hair, the union of the blades got stuck with the hair; that's way it took so long to cut it.

But really, it's real hair; that's the purpose of every good cosplayer: To do the best performance possible. =)

I wouldn't know... I've seen only the first episode, but the girl of this video, I think she had seen every episode 'till that moment.

i was plannig on cutting my hair off and renact the sakura moment...but im waiting for my hair to get really long so that once i cut it i donate it...and that would have been terrible if the kunai didnt cut ur hair...at least it worked!!!:3

Yes... it was a home-made kunai, so we didn't have any garantee it was going to work and as you said, it would had been terrible for the performance, but, althought slowly, it worked. =) Thanks for commenting, feel free to come back whenever you want! Indeed! A very tense moment, by the way, but an outstanding performance. We were afraid the kunai were not going to cut her hair, but when it did, we could finally breath again!
