I just saw them in concert in Hammond IN....they put tears in my eyes with this song! They entire row behind me was all in tears..I am a strong guy, but the end of this song and the way Joey sang the end it was very emotional...in a good way...they were sooo AWESOME....I saw them 20 years ago..they were Awesome then but OUTSTANDING now...like wine they just keep getting better and better..
This is the most beautiful rendition of this song that I have ever heard. It puts a tinge of hope despite the sadness that usually attends this song--a common theme of funerals...RIP Mama,my mom, my dad, my late wife, grandpa, cousin Eric, uncles Basil, Uncle Percy, and so many more. Hope to see you in Heaven some day--those of you who will rise in the 1st resurrection.
