This makes Verizon sound like it's crap. Maybe the Sprint Curve comes loaded with some extra features but it really isn't that hard to download them on the Verion Curve. And overall, Verizon has a better coverage area & I like it much better than Sprint. (I've has both carriers before.)

my verizon blackberry was already loaded with facebook...and an apps gallery that has myspace, aim, google maps (with gps), and a ringtone app with ringtones for FREE. and games.

these people obviously have no clue what they're talking about. he was not a eloquent speaker and the more i listened to this the more annoyed i got.

I would VERY MUCH suggest a Verizon Blackberry over a Sprint. Better signal and just a better BB over all

I'm thinking of getting the Curve through Sprint, but the one thing that makes me nervous is that I always see them without the track ball. How easy is it for that thing to fall off? Even if I get the insurance, I don't want to be without a phone because I'm waiting for a new one. Both BlackBerry for Verizon and Sprint is nice but economy wise Sprint hands down. Sprint has the everything plan which everything is unlimited for $99, and Verizon you have to pay for you're minutes, BlackBerry data, and text messages all separate.

Why would you want the facebook app if you don't have facebook? Thats why Verizon did'nt add it. Im happy with my Verizon curve and i'm glad that they did'nt fill it up with apps that I dont need unless I want them. Also, If you are someone purchasing a smart phone, I think you would already know that you can have certain apps without "searching" for them.

get a curve. better network, better everything. if you want to just surf the Web or listen to itunes, the iphone is yours. otherwise, get a curve. iphone doesn't have tv (and my tv coverage is good on curve). also iphone doesn't give turn-by-turn voice directions on the gps. you have to keep looking at the phone to see where you are. gps on sprint give turn-by-turn. verizon may too, but unsure.
