ING is not honorable. The CEO says it won't participate in the government assistance programs, HAFA or HAMP because of all the "paperwork." No, ING refuses to participate because the gov't program has minimum standards...it requires the bank to try and help the homeowner with a loan modification. For SS, the bank has to pay 6% to the 2nd lien holder and pay a 6% commission to the realtors...which ING always refuses to do. ING negotiators agree to terms and then switch them up during a SS.

@machallmachall ING doesn't participate in those programs because they are not a US based bank. Do some research before you write things.
