I often picked Luigi because if his Flutter Jump, but I picked Toad if I needed some stregnth. I noticed that each stage had it's own character - there was never a best character. If a stage didn't play well as one, I just picked another and won! :D

Someone has probably pointed this out already, but Toad was also the STRONGEST of the four. Ever notice that the Princess or Luigi would have a small delay when they picked up the pow block, or something heavier than the small turnip? Not Toad. He just picks that shit up and hauls ass without looking back.
