if urs is pre-paid...thats why...or you dont have a registered sim card1

if you want to unlock the sidekick you go to the emergancy call thing and press menu shift and q and it will ask to reset and there uu go just click it and ur good

u have to call t mobile with the account number and they should be able to help

go to the 911 thing on ur fone while its locked and press menu shift and q and press rest

yeaa to do that u would set the prviacy lock and when u walk away press the butten below the track ball
