First of all, yes there is. Second, if you look at the traits of North and South (North- industrial, wealthy people who commute to NYC for work, etc., South- Pine Barrens, people much nicer and more laid back) you will see that Central has a mixture of BOTH these traits. It is not in the Pine Barrens is very industrialized but is more laid back than the North. Bottom line, I don't try to tell you that where YOU'RE from doesn't exist, step the f*** off my home because Trenton will f*** you up.

The Raritan Valley = Central Jersey. The "Shore" isn't North or South, it's the "shore" Above the Raritan Valley and extending East towards NYC is North Jersey. Everything else is South East PA inspired South Jersey crap. Nice accents.
