  • it is funny to me how dobbs really pulled the race card. During this whole clip he contradicted himself many times!! Maybe just maybe it would be a great idea for him to shut his big trap and listen to the people he invites to his show. He kept saying answer the question.. well was he not listening well.. because time and time again Luis was giving him multiple answers. Yes Lou Dobbs it is very possible for a Lationo to be smarter than a white man, and this video is a great example of it.

  • Did Lou just get his ass handed right back to him by a Spic?

  • Thumbs up for LVG, for biggest dumbass.

  • The impact of European colonization of the Americas on the indigenous communities has been in general quite severe, with many authorities estimating ranges of significant population decline due to the ravages of various genocide campaigns, epidemic diseases (smallpox, measles, etc.), displacement, conflict, compulsory boarding schools, massacres and exploitation. European civilization was an INVASION.

  • US personalities like Dobbs, wants legal immigration and feels offended by an Invation of low educated immigrants who have no idea of Laws and sovereignty, Yet, He doesn't realize that in Fact, the US alone has made military invations using excuses to virtualy destroy nations like Iraq, diverting millions of millions of dollars,Big powerful corporations that derail small companies in Central America and Mexico, but that's ok, he is not offended by that.

  • @josecitoperecito Yet you fuckers STILL risk life and limb to get here!

  • @jeffhickman10 is Foul language the way you usually comunicate? not everybody runs the risk to come here, many come here from all over the world, in many ways, including wealthy people who are criminals, now look closer and you'll see that the invations are part of a group, NOT the entire nation or American people, also note that not everybody is like Lou Dobbs, see? Have a nice weekend.

  • @josecitoperecito Fuck yeah it is! This is how i fucking speak. And for the record, it is spelled "invasion". Are you here illegally or are you still home where you belong? It doesn"t matter WHERE they come from. You missed the point completely. The point is, they DO come here. You have a warped view of my country buddy. You call us invaders? Illegal immigrants are the invaders.

  • @jeffhickman10 Your Country? when you die you will not get a piece of it, that's why people like you make up the selfish, arrogant, stubborn and ignorant part of America, the ones who believe that all non white, non blue eyes, tall and good looking are illegals, the ones who believe diversity is a threat. YOU are the one who missed and messed the point, completely clueless. Thanks God I am YOUNG and educated, are you?

  • @josecitoperecito Yes. MY COUNTRY! If it's selfish and arrogant to want respect for the law, then I am guilty as charged. The race of the people sneaking in here is not important. It's the way in which they enter that is the problem. My suggestion to you, advance your education a little more before you make such idiotic observations. No one ever said diversity is a threat. Illegal immigration is the threat. So, I have a hard time believing you are educated at all.

  • @jeffhickman10 There you go, we have gone to where we started, You are saying it is the way they enter, right? Explain to me how the US troops entered in Iraq, Did they file any paperwork to invade that land? Did they enter legally? How many times they tried to explain the reason for invading, how much money and human toll is taking to justify this mess? I agree with you, illegal immigration is undermining the American Culture and the System, military invasions are not? Explain to me. IFC.

  • @josecitoperecito I guess you convieniently forgot about the mass of intelligence coming out of Europe. And I guess you thought Saddam was a good man. There was nothing illegal about the war in Iraq. War is a bad thing, I'll grant that. What would you have us do? There's a paper trail a mile long proving that Saddam was training terrorist to come here to kill us. And let's not ofrget that all of that could have been avoided had he just let the UN Inspectors do their jobs. Apples and Oranges.

  • @jeffhickman10 But if you remember, I wasn't even born when there was evidence and willingness to invade that land anyway, it was only a matter of time to find an excuse to execute the brutal invasion, and I remember that there was UN Inspectors doing their job and found nothing, I became very passionate about this issue when many independent engineers focused on 911 attacks and the aftermath, and even if there was brutal dictator, the poor people in Iraq shouldn't be paying the price.

  • @josecitoperecito So. 9/11 was a conspiracy? And you just admitted that you weren't born when this happened? Who in the hell have you been listening to, Michael Moore, James Fetzler? Your revisionist version of history is disturbing to say the least. Just another flaming liberal in the making. Look this up pal! Saddam gassed his own people! Go ahead, look it up! Then, and only then, tell me that he was a good guy to have around.

  • @jeffhickman10 My statements are based on Scientific grounds, not political cheap movies, we, 5th graders are becoming more aware of modern history, like the old days, they didn't have tools like internet, social networks, INDEPENDENT sources of information, radical and dramatic innovations that go beyond your blind eyes, forensic science, engineering and more, and based on that, the war was driven by OIL Dependency and world order, 911 was an excuse, You cannot beat a 5th grader buddy,

  • @josecitoperecito Too bad all of your "scientific" facts have been debunked. You have nothing, Driven by oil? Really? Prove it. 9/11 conspiracy? Prove it. You're right. You're much too smart for me (see sarcasm). LOL. Use your brain before it's too late. You just may grow up to be a Socialist! But, I digress. You are alredy there! They have the same mental caoacity as a 5th grader. Congratulations! You have reached mediocrity!

  • @jeffhickman10 The reason they have been debunked. is the same reason George Bush was elected twice, no one was able to prove Bush had a low IQ, however he was the top US leader, he was a smart leader? prove it!, he wanted to legalize the same folks you hate, and my brain will stop developing by the age 20, yours is, sadly, severely altered, and before you know it, you will be happy to know that you argued with a teenager, and tested your brain for once. Too bad I can't say: Grow UP!!!

  • @jeffhickman10 Also remember the shoe thrown at George Bush, what would you explain to the man, in your own words? Illegal immigrations is the result of the inneficiency of a higher authority, cause and effect.

  • @josecitoperecito What about th shoe thrown at Bush? What does that have to do with this debate? You have a keen eye for the obvious! The fed has failed to secure the border for 30 years now. What I'm saying, and alot of people just like me are saying is, it's time for this nonsense to stop! It's rather disingenuous for Mexico to critisize our immigration policy when they have armed troops protecting their southern borders. Get a clue! we NEED secure borders, and NOW! I'm done with you Junior!

  • @jeffhickman10 It has to do a lot, that man expressed what he felt in his guts, invading his nation wasn't pleasant for him, but at the end he didn't realize that his loved Iraq commited invasions as well. And comparing the laws, Mexico's laws are a joke, so are their leaders, you Know it, and it boils down to the same point, people criticize without looking their butt, that was my point at the beginning, see? BTW, it spells "criticize", case closed, I won, you lost, period. I am done with you.

  • @jeffhickman10 BTW, I am 10 years old and I am a US Citizen. I have plenty of time to go to school and improve my education. Thanks for correcting my spelling.

  • @josecitoperecito Why SHOULD he be offended by that? It (can) put the US in a better position globally, whether that be politically or economically. For the most part, such foreign countries do also benefit from American intervention.. Ex: Saddam murdered somewhere in the range of 300,000-500,000 people, maimed countless others with mustard gas, and displaced millions..

However, illegal immigration detracts from the US in countless ways, do you support illegal immigration and illegal aliens?

  • @Cosmo1093No one here is supporting illegal immigration, I brought this up because Lou is a Ferocious anti-illegal immigration TV icon, and probably anti Mexican, but recently, he has conceded the need of legalizing the roughly 20 millions illegal immigrants, creating a path to, even, yes, you heard that right, US Citizenship! (for those who qualify). He repeatedly emphasizes the cost of the illegal immigration, when, in fact, War itself will keep on costing trillions of $ for years to come.

  • @josecitoperecito A "path to citizenship" is likely the worst choice possible in dealing with illegal immigration. It's idiotic that the US is pretty much the only first world country that even considers amnesty..

Obviously war is expensive, but because the US is already in there, we are committed and simply cannot get out until the job is done. It is not an (relatively) easily solvable problem like with illegal immigration which affects us at home rather than on foreign soil.

  • @Cosmo1093 Regarding illegal immigration, the most chaotic consequences, are, the disappearance of the American Culture, the language and the quality of life, those who keep thinking that the illegals come to steal a jobs, to kill, to bring deceases, etc, need to be educated, just think of the European Union, UK, France, Germany, Spain and many more, have applied some tough and practical laws and legalized thousands at the same time, is it possible that Europeans are smarter than Americans?

  • @josecitoperecito Look at the cost of illegals and anchor babies on the already failing school system, the overfilled prison system, and the healthcare system (they can't afford to pay the hospital bill for having a baby, so guess who has to pay?). Do you think all illegals work as landscapers, food pickers, or in construction? Many work in restaurant, fast food joints, and hotels...all of which are jobs Americans (likely high-school or college students) would gladly work, like they did before.

  • @Cosmo1093 They surely have a negative economic impact, but they also get away with it because the services are free, if hospitals, schools and some other services would change that, you wouldn't see much of that. Also, many have never, ever been using those services, simply because they are not eligible, or because they are hard workers and highly educated illegals, don't assume that they are all scum. The economy gets more bruises from jobs sent overseas,(China) corruption (ENRON), and bad >>

  • @josecitoperecito They are not "free", especially not hospitals. Someone obviously has to pay for the services. If illegals can't afford the hospital bill, the hospital has jack up prices for everyone else in order to mitigate the losses, otherwise, the hospital will have to close up. Schools are not "free" either, as it is paid by tax money.

If illegals plop out anchor babies, they are eligible to claim government entitlements under the anchor babies' names.. Why wouldn't they take free money?

  • @Cosmo1093 I am reminding you, that no matter how much you hate them, they will keep coming, as long as they have the chance to sneak in, and US leaders do little to stop them. Even the president's aunt has issues with immigration, there are also wealthy "illegals", beautiful woman exploited for prostitution in the condition of "illegals", professionals "illegals" unfortunately, the indigenous, ugly and dark skinned group of immigrants coming from Latin America are the ones you're referring to.

  • @josecitoperecito If we take away the incentives to come to the US, why would they still come? To starve to death on the streets of a foreign country? If they still sneak in, what exactly will they do for money if they are unable to attain jobs? If they turn to criminal activities, THAT is when your forcefully jail them and deport them. Politicians are damn idiots, everyone knows that.

Illegals can come from Western Europe for all I care, but they are still illegal aliens.

  • @Cosmo1093 It seems to me that you are accepting the fact, that a higher authority here is accountable for this problem, and you are starting to accept that this is a complex social phenomenon, this can be compared to the lady next door, complaining of roach infestation, but she is so lazy and she is doing nothing to keep the house clean, at least she can control the infestation. Believe me, I get your point, but if you take a much broader perspective, your ability to perceive thing in their >>

  • @josecitoperecito I'm pretty sure EVERYONE accepts the fact that politicians have fucked up the country and are continuing to fuck it up further. It is also the cheap employers' faults for being so damn cheap that they can't just hire Americans instead of illegal aliens. Once (if) the government actually begins enforcing immigration laws strictly, which includes penalizing employers hiring illegal aliens and possibly solving the anchor baby problem, then illegals will have no reason to stay.

  • @Cosmo1093 actual interrelations, the appearance of immigration in depth, legal and illegal, will change. Going back to the Iraqi war thing, many people here in the US feel this invasion of illegal in their guts, many will take matters and even kill those illegals and their baby anchors, too much hatred, but I wonder what the Iraqi folks felt when their country and people were destroyed, the reason for the invasion? But still, that doesn't mean Americans are bad-asses, only a group of them are.

  • @josecitoperecito The reason for the invasion, that Iraq had stockpiles of WMDs, was supported by US intelligence agencies as well as French and German intelligence agencies. The UK also believed that Iraq had chemical or biological agents, but was unsure about whether or not Iraq had a means of dispersal for such agents. Yes it was a mistake to go to war though.

Those who are killing illegals are criminals, just as the illegals who are killing/robbing/committing burglary on Americans are.

  • @Cosmo1093 The intelligence was simply manipulated, Iraq was an obsession even before the 911, at this moment, Iran, China, Russia and North Korea pose greater danger, their military and ideology can really be seen as a threat, the intelligence is there, is just that an excuse doesn't exist, or at least they haven't made one up, I still don't know why the war in Iraq, it wasn't really supported by the majority of the people, but again, leaders do what is best for their interest and their wealth.

  • @josecitoperecito And honestly, which do you think happens more? Americans killing illegal aliens and/or anchor babies or illegal aliens killing Americans (or robbing, or burglarizing, or kidnapping, etc).. Some statistics claim that as many as 12 Americans are killed each day by illegals. Also, consider deaths caused by illegals who are driving without a license (yes, illegally).

One study shows that 55,322 illegal aliens represented a total of 459,614 arrests..that's like 8 arrests each..

  • @Cosmo1093 How do you know they are here illegally? What makes you think that crime is exclusive to illegal immigration? Were you there when all those statistics were evaluated? What group of illegals are you referring to? Have you ever been a victim of an alien? Crime happens in all backgrounds and ethnicities, the obvious answer is that crime flourishes in human population where poverty is a standard, but crime is committed by legal or illegal , black or white, rich or poor, American or not.

  • @josecitoperecito I wasn't the one who did that research. I do not think that crime is exclusive to illegal aliens, but the crime they have caused and the lives they had taken were avoidable incidents had the US government actually enforced immigration laws and secured the border. If the illegal aliens were not in this country to begin with, then they obviously would not be able to commit crime within this country, right? Understand that rationale?

  • @Cosmo1093 Well, think of the huge demand of drugs in the U.S., and the supply of firearms from the U.S. to Latin America, they are causing more deaths and violence in those countries due to the US demand, it is relative, this is avoidable if the Leaders would do something in this regard, If drug demand in the US and the supply of weapons do not exist, thousands would be still alive. Just for the record, a well known report says that whites use more pot than any other ethnicity in the US.

  • @josecitoperecito ...That's just another reason to secure the border, right?

  • @Cosmo1093 Well, even if you secure the border even tighter, the influx of human smuggling, drug smuggling, illegal trade of firearms, money laundering and even "anchor babies" will find their way into the US, that is not the solution, it only lessen the numbers. A more radical approach should be taken, but don't expect that, since US leaders are more concerned in attracting the minorities on every election. This voting block has ties to immigration and is keeping any radical solution at bay.

  • @josecitoperecito Read my comment further down. In short, secure the border, stop employers from hiring illegals, and grant birthright citizenship only to children of legal residents or citizens of the United States.. Illegals will have no reason to come or stay if there are no jobs or ways to make money and there will be no more (new) anchor babies if they cannot attain birthright citizenship..

I agree with the idiot politicians part. Politics gets in the way of everything.

  • @Cosmo1093 I agree, this would stop the influx. Problem is, from the millions already here, the vast majority are eligible for immigration benefits under the current laws, as head of Homeland Security stated few weeks ago, almost 3/4 of all those deportees turned to immigration courts, have been released, it is just tax dollars diverted. Employers also are unwilling to do their part, they need cheap labor to exist, and many are part of Wall Street, and Wall Street controls you know who.

  • @josecitoperecito Well, why not just give illegal aliens the option to self-deport like many did from Arizona during the wake of SB1070? I think that we have to get rid of the EOIR, as the ONLY thing that even matters is if they are here illegally, everything else is irrelevant. Arizona passed employer sanctions in 2007, which was upheld by a US District Court and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and is currently at the Supreme court. States should just follow Arizona's example..

  • @Cosmo1093 Here's another problem when trying to make laws like SB1070, on election time, leaders want to look tough on immigration, once they're elected, they soon realize that their laws will face a number of lawsuits. Some other elements get in the mix like supremacist groups, or feuds containing intense feelings of resentment towards minorities, therefore, those laws are made without strategy, discipline, knowledge, anticipation, study and research. Politicians aren't that good.

  • @josecitoperecito Actually the laws seem to be fairly well written, as they do mirror federal laws without going past their Constitutionally granted state powers (as the federal government was not doing its job, powers regarding immigration are passed to the state). Lawsuits are bound to happen with ANY crackdown on illegal immigration....

  • @Cosmo1093 SB1070 has been a clear sign of the need to do something ASAP, no doubt, but we need more than fear to tackle illegal immigration, their compulsion to be in the US not by choice but by necessity, is greater than their fear, illegal is bad, no one wants illegal immigration, but is there. This is a good debate, I must confess, it may continue forever, and perhaps no one will be able to find a solution, bureaucracy and polarization are bad, just as bad as illegal immigration.

  • @Cosmo1093 Remember that its sponsor, Russell Pearce,(who had a relative killed by an Illegal alien, according to him) specifically said that his goal was to create fear and make their life so miserable, to the point that they would leave, although the law is similar to the one established by Feds, it had some polemic elements, this drove SB1070 to the courtrooms, because many perfectly legal residents and US citizens would be affected. Also Russell has been seen with some Neo-Nazi organizations.

  • @josecitoperecito I agree that it probably wasn't the best idea for Russell Pearce to sponsor SB1070, but some of the staunchest supporters of SB1070 or laws similar to it are legal immigrants who had to do everything by the book..

The law does say that a cop can't just stop you and question your immigration status for no apparent reason, he has to stop you or pull over for committing a crime, say, speeding. All it takes to clear you is a driver's license, which you HAVE to carry while driving.

  • @Cosmo1093 But the law, gave the power to citizens to sue police for not enforcing immigration laws, that's why a Hispanic cop sued the State of Arizona, police will be receiving lawsuit from both sides, and because most of the illegal folks are ugly, filthy and dark skinned, they will be targeted the most, in the other hand, no handsome, blue eyed, good looking, tall and English perfect citizens will be asked to show their papers, racial profiling was granted by a federal judge as today.

  • @josecitoperecito The lawsuit part was probably a little extreme, but honestly, how else would they get police departments to comply?

You don't need racial profiling.. It really should be standard procedure to ask about immigration status if a cop legally stops someone for breaking the law. If a cop pulls someone over for speeding or running a stop sign, and they lack a driver's license and only have a Mexican MCAS card, why shouldn't the cop ask for immigration status?

  • @Cosmo1093 That has been happening long ago, even cities like L.A., Chicago and New York, heavily dominated by Latin people. The problem here in Arizona, in some instances, Sheriff was raiding some public areas, specifically looking for Latinos, not only for unlicensed drivers, and that is still happening in some other cities, at this point there is no contest on this issue since no one should be driving unlicensed. But there was documented cases where someone with broken English was forced to >

  • @josecitoperecito Don't know about Chicago or NY, but LA Special Order 40, which was established in 1979, prohibits LAPD from questioning someone about their immigration status, even if it was a legal stop. There have been news reports of felon illegals being deported, then coming back to LA, driving illegally (without a license), getting pulled over (even more than once), but the cops couldn't even question their immigration status or do anything about it.

That seems like a problem, right?

  • @Cosmo1093 Police in LA should turn these folks to ICE and screen their status, I agree, on Aug. 2010, probably you already know, a case when a Bolivian man, ( Illegal) was detained twice for DUI, then released, then again he struck another car while driving intoxicated and killed a Virginia woman, he had a previous deportation hearing that never took place, once again, the Obama administration was blamed by the community for not taking action. I still see a problem here.

  • @Cosmo1093 >>show their papers even though they had a valid ID, and Maricopa Sheriff, specifically said in many TV appearances, that someone with a foreign appearance, the clothing, the way they talk, and erratic behavior would be questioned, later on, he changed his statement, to a simply driving encounters, or anonymous phone calls from citizens would lead to ask someone for documents. Even tourists from Latin America, who don't carry a green card, were questioned about their status.

  • @josecitoperecito Federal law requires any alien, legal or illegal, even tourists to carry documentation.

US Code, Title 8 § 1304. Forms for registration and fingerprinting.

    (e) Personal possession of registration or receipt card; penalties

Every alien, eighteen years of age and over, shall at all times carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card issued to him pursuant to subsection.. (damn character limit)

  • @Cosmo1093 Agreed, but colored skinned people will be harassed the most, if you have a tourist from Netherlands, and in the other hand you have one from Guatemala, you guess who is going to raise more suspicions of being illegal, even though, they have the same legal status, that is the point, both tourists are following the law, but aren't treated equally under the circumstances I just mentioned before, I see a problem here.

  • @josecitoperecito (continued)

    (d) of this section. Any alien who fails to comply with the provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction for each offense be fined not to exceed $100 or be imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.

Once again, I don't see the problem.. If tourists follow US law, they'll be fine.

  • @Cosmo1093 There have been cases where a person carrying necessary documentation, are detained based on their look, or how they talk or simply because they don't speak English at all, to further investigations, all this without proof or slight evidence of illegal presence in the US, and we all are fully aware of carrying documentation at all times, it is what leads to the suspicion of being illegal and then questioning what is in debate, not the essence of the law. I still see a problem here.

  • @josecitoperecito That's not an issue of the law, just an issue regarding those in charge of upholding the law. Those are the situations where the idiot cops should be reprimanded for abuse of power. It's not the laws that need to be fixed at all.

  • @Cosmo1093 If laws shouldn't be fixed and they are there, then why make new ones like SB1070?

  • @josecitoperecito Because it allows law enforcement to help uphold the existing federal laws, which the federal government refuses to do. It's not "fixing" any laws, it merely attempts to uphold them.

  • @Cosmo1093 It sounds to me like you acknowledged the fact that SB1070 attempted to help uphold the current federal law, but failed. In legal terms, this law caused only fear, but nothing extensive has been achieved. There is a strange conflict there between two parties, Feds vs. State officials, one being oblivious and reluctant to the existing laws, the other being extreme and hostile with new ones. This way, the problem will never be solved.

  • @josecitoperecito Of course SB1070 failed, it was never even allowed to be enforced. I'll be honest, the fear clearly worked, considering it got illegals to voluntarily self-deport, flee, or whatever. Regardless, that is a win for Arizona, as it (partially) achieved the goal of getting rid of illegals..

Well, unless the federal government decides to do something to end illegal immigration, this is how the problem has to be solved. When the fed fails to do its part, it becomes the states' jobs.

  • @Cosmo1093 I really don't think it worked, the main idea from the sponsors was to find legal ways to kick them out, and nearly half a million "illegals" remain in the state, other just moved out to other less hostile States, to say that is a win for Arizona, is like saying illegals got citizenship overnight, the issue requires a more stealth approach, a large scale federal and state combined law and more common sense, altogether can reduce the influx and fix the status of potential legal ones.

  • @josecitoperecito Well an estimated 100,000 fled Arizona, so that is quite good for them....but bad for neighboring states. I agree that it needs to be a joint federal-state effort, but certain sanctuary cities or states would likely find some reason to file lawsuits or simply disregard the effort altogether.

Illegal immigration levels have been rising for the past 5-7 years, so having a record deportation number just seems fitting..but it still is not even close to being enough.

  • @Cosmo1093 Numbers will be in dispute, other independent research centers are saying that the number of illegal population is sharply in decline since 2005, even HS officials are highlighting the decline, probably for political purposes, who knows, but the decline could be related to other factors, the 2010 census would provide more specific and recent data. This census would also provide an idea of a new direction in the political ground and immigration, legal and illegal. We'll see.

  • @Cosmo1093 Also the federal government has been doing something in this regard, they have the highest record of deportation in a fiscal year, and the Arizona State alone has been doing their job too, even before SB1070, is just that someone with a different ideology wanted to take matters into their own hands, and do it their way. Again, there are some examples of dealing with illegal immigration, the European Union is one of them, they are pretty good at some social issues like this.

  • @josecitoperecito It is because of the individual country's strict laws and the locations of the individual countries within the EU. For example, France made it illegal to help an illegal in any form, even by providing shelter. Italy cracked down on illegals last year. Britain has an illegal immigration problem even though it is quite a bit harder to reach simply due its location. Greece has major illegal immigration problems because its proximity to Turkey, which does nothing to stop illegals.

  • @Cosmo1093 Europe has developed a single market and currency, this allows the free movement of people and goods without internal border controls among the 25 European countries, but strict border control to non members, if countries in North, Central and South America would develop something similar, probably the need to immigrate would decrease, some border states in Mexico have been have switched to the US currency, and many don't need to immigrate, since they are trading in US dollars..

  • @josecitoperecito As for legal residents, federal law already mandates that permanent residents have to carry documentation (aka their green card) at all times, so I honestly don't see the controversy there..

For legal residents, who doesn't carry some form of ID in their wallet or purse? And who leaves their home anymore without their wallet or purse? And as I said before, the cops can't just stop you unless you're stupid enough to violate some law.. Just more reason to abide by the law lol

  • @Cosmo1093 And because of the help of Maricopa County sheriff, things turn little more towards racial profiling, he was calling to a press conference on every raid he was making, I think to create fear, but rather, he called for more action from the Hispanic community and some other leaders, also he retaliated against some State officials, he faces a federal investigation, If those elements weren't there, the law would be in force today, the key is to take action without whistles and bells.

  • @josecitoperecito Well I guess its working if a single sheriff's department managed to capture, hand over to ICE, and deport 26,000 illegals in 3 years lol.. I dunno how many false arrests there have been though, I'm sure there are some, but I doubt there were many at all.

However, ideally, the federal government would actually do its job and we wouldn't be having any of these problems.. Very stupid how the DOJ/Obama are suing states (namely Arizona) rather than enforcing federal law though.

  • @Cosmo1093 The honeymoon between Obama and Latinos wouldn't last forever, Democrats & Republicans are the same, they only need their vote to exist, I am only hoping that many people who ended up without documentation for any reason, would get a chance. Many workers with H-1B visas, who lost their jobs will remain undocumented if they lose their job in the US, just one example, and our leaders should consider any flaws because of the old immigration system and all the consequences.

  • @josecitoperecito That wouldn't be a problem either if employers were forced to follow the law which requires them to pay for return flight expenses for the laid off worker and their dependents. They also have the option to stay, but they will have to find a new job. All the new employer has to do is file for a H1-B petition. For the meantime, you can just change to a tourist status, kind of a loophole, but whatever.

Honestly, the current laws just have to be enforced.

  • @Cosmo1093 Can't you think of any solution?

  • @josecitoperecito As for the drug trade, securing the border (maybe take Israel's new border wall with Egypt as an example) is undoubtedly the key thing to do.. Also, I believe that we have to legalize marijuana, as it is by far the biggest cash crops for cartels. That would be a MASSIVE hit to their revenue.. Losing over half of their revenue due to legalized marijuana, along with making it even harder to transport drugs into the US would definitely damage their business, hopefully cripple it.

  • @Cosmo1093 As for this matter(Drug and Human smuggling )you are proposing a solution, but putting it to work is difficult to achieve, there is an underground world of corruption around us. A powerful elite of drug cartels that operate in Latin America, the US and Europe, have successfully been able to maintain their apparatus, they will exist, no matter what. Many Latin American countries oppose legalizing marijuana 'cause this only increases demand. The problem is complex and daunting.

  • @josecitoperecito The problem is that governments are looking at this issue from a law-and-order standpoint, not a business standpoint. Unless they change that, there is absolutely no chance of winning the War on Drugs. Also, if Americans are able to attain cannabis through legal means or even grow it themselves, why would they even bother buying it through (currently) illegal channels? Yes it may increase demand, but people will turn to legal ways to attain cannabis..

  • @Cosmo1093 For this issue, Marijuana, I really don't have and specific standpoint, for its medical benefits, Yes, it should be legalized, and the government can impose a higher tax sale, however, it can increase crime rates. then it shouldn't be legalized. Bottom line: with or without cannabis, crime is always lurking. Criminals will always find something to work with.

  • @josecitoperecito Crime rates are already high due to the illegal drug trade... Also, its not like alcohol doesn't increase crime rates anyway.

I agree that crime is always lurking, but at least legalizing cannabis has the potential to really deal damage to cartels, economically I mean.

  • @Cosmo1093 Regarding the war on Iraq, it is still a long way, and the cost of treasure and human lives are much higher than illegal immigration, you stated that, from what I can read, immigration is a solvable problem, and war is not, leaves me with the idea that there is someone to blame and is not the illegals. Congress must realize that they are the ones who created this problem, and they need to solve it. One way or another, War has more implications than immigration. It is so embarrassing..

  • @josecitoperecito and lousy US leaders (G.W. Bush), just to name a few, also, don't forget other factors like the economic US policies to Latin America, the huge demand for drugs in the US, the escalated wave of violence with almost 90% of firearms supplied by the US, the global economic recession, and some others, are creating a negative impact to those countries, therefore you have illegal immigration, cause and effect. Open your mind to find a practical solution, and you'll see the change.

  • @josecitoperecito A solution? It's honestly very simple. If you penalize employers monetarily for hiring illegals (even day laborers), say $10,000 per illegal, nobody hire illegals..without jobs, illegals will have no way to make money and will therefore be forced to go elsewhere or back to their home country. Maybe give them a way back to get to their home country. If they turn to crime, well, that's why many states have Castle Doctrines or Make My Day laws. Also, jail and deport those caught.

  • @Cosmo1093 and no one really cares, including the same Lou Dobbs, yes, The U.S. can unleash up to 3 wars simultaneously, and still run a strong economy, however, there will be horrible consequences, as today, Iraq remains devastated and only the U.S. and some European contractors did benefit from the illegal intervention. Perhaps another WWIII will do what you said, better position around the globe, but, I am sorry to disappoint you, but, this War did not. Good Luck.

  • They should be deported. How arrogant to say they should not. They are criminals that have crossed borders illegally.

  • What kind of name is Lou?

  • @MrTecism It's French and German origin. Short for Louis.

  • Lou Dobbs, you are so stupid!!

  • Yeah right, you are stupid like Lou, el puto doubt jajajaja. You need to work in one factory with out air-conditioned. when you have the answer you can to speak

  • Gutierrez -Flake Bill failed...Dobbs is right, no illegals and agriculture would have to start hiring straight out of high school like they used to do back in the 50s-60s and start paying legal wages.

  • Pateticos racistas . Ponganse a trabajar. Los americanos que no trabajan es porque no quieren.Lo que ustedes dicen es que unos ilegales tienen mas posibilidades que ustedes que son americanos? Que pateticos!!!!

  • Guttierez is a Latin King.

  • where do all the murders of the us go when they get in trouble....MEXICO!! that is where oj was headed...but you idiots can keep him hes your hero!

  • Please know this: This comment is made by the bigotry of a small minority of loud bigots in our country. We don't want you and you will lose. Go away!

  • Breaking entering the US is illegal. They have NO RESPECT for our laws. Trying doing that coming from Belize to Mexico---you'll be shot.. Wait in line like the rest of the immigrants coming from crappy countries

  • hahhhhahhaahahahaahahahaahaa!!!

    :)

remember this smile...its for you when they pass reform for these un doc workers...you are going to be chasing your tail and foaming at the mouth.

  • Wow, apparently even though they claim youtube LIBERAL there are pockets of idiotic conservatives...like here I suppose by the ratings there.. watch the ratings on this comment for proof..if it were lib it would go positive.

this video has been rated by anti-immigrant individuals as I was just standing against a close minded "go back home" extremist, so that said if youtube truly is Liberal, this comment should go WAY positive

    REPUBLICANS ARE FUCKTARDS!

  • As a political refugee I'm of the opinion that this guy is a piece of filth!

  • Send them and the anchor babies back to there country of origin, i mean if some one breaks into your house pops out a baby, is now there house?

  • go back to your home country- unless you are living on a reservation...?

  • Well, the USA is my home country.......... dipshit?

  • How? Just because you were born here...you aren't natural..you are the descendant of immigrants we all are..that's how illogical your presumption is. WE ARE ALL IMMIGRANT'S CHILDREN.

  • Yeah, because i was born in the USA, And you don't know anything about my for ancestors. your argument is the worse red herring I've ever seen, please at least try to sound intelligent, when you mention logic.

  • Wow...who is the one who doesn't sound intelligent?

I guess it went right over your head, so I'll try to explain it as simple as I can..

Have you ever heard of the pilgrims? The mayflower? The Indians? Unless you are a direct ancestor of someone that did not come over here from europe then you are the ancestor of an immigrant..are you an indian? I highly doubt it..

You're bigoted 'go back home' argument is ridiculous. If you don't like it YOU go back home (England? Ireland? Whatever)

  • RED HERRING, YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO LOOK UP STRAW MAN ARGUMENT, WHICH IS WHAT YOU ARE USING. I am native to the USA, as are my ancestors, you racist douche-bag fuck.

  • Red herring may refer to: * Red herring (logical fallacy), a deliberate attempt to change a subject or divert an argument * Red herring (narrative), a technique used in literature to mislead the audience

  • yeah, I am not dense I know what red herring means, do you know what pseudo certainty is? How about hypocrisy? Double standards?

I would love to know why you dare call me a racist?

You people are hilarious, you just have to resort to name-calling..

  • I guess the same reason you use mind reading and divining to know who my ancestors are, and fallacies/red herrings as valid points lol...............

  • No that's called statistics..feel free to correct me..

  • I'm reasonable, but they must go back to Mexico...then apply for some type of citizenship from Mexico. They need to learn our ethics... Males that are 20 years plus that are from Mexico think that it's okay get a 13 year old pregnant. By the way, I know where about 3,000 plus illegal immigrants up the street, with 7-12 illegals in a 2 bedroom apartment.

  • I'm impressed with Gutierrez. He really has given this issue a lot of thought.

  • "1823, U.S.Court: justice J. Marshall wrote a decision:'The means by which the U.S. gm't,& more broadly EuroAmer.culture, took possession of this continent...there can be few who still believe the continent was empty when the Pilgrims and other colonists landed...To this day, the fed. g'mt ADMITS that 33% of land mass of the continental U.S. was never ceded by treaty,&,therefore, is held ILLEGALLY. How,then, does the gm't,&,once, again more broadly,do we nonnatives, justify possession of this land?"

  • Gutierrez owned Dobbs here. Lou was really grasping at the straws and relying on empty quotes: "you're over-complicating the issue: secure borders." Gutierrez is way more nuanced and has clearly though about the issue a lot more. Enforcement only policies are dead end...

  • Illegal aliens are criminals and parasites, one and all. Their very presence here and practically everything they do on U. S. soil is illegal. They need to be ferreted out, rounded up like cattle, punished for their numerous crimes, then booted back to whence they snuck in from with such extreme prejudice that they will never, ever think of violating our sovereignty again. Enough is enough.

  • how the fuck wouldnt sector of agriculture not crumble if all mexicans were deported tommorow.. lou is a fuckbag

  • Coalition for Future American Worker CFAW launched a national TV blitz. Ads emphasize worksite immigration enforcement is opening jobs for Americans, improving workplace safety & raising wages.

Diana Hull, President of CAPS, commented, I wonder about Congressman Gutierrez motives. 11 million Americans out of work, millions of homes foreclosed. Americans need jobs. Congressman Gutierrez wants illegal workers to take American jobs. Whose interest is he representing?

  • I'm Puerto Rican, and this man needs to be fired... I don't know how this man managed to get voted in... Are they letting illegal immigrants vote for him... This would be the only way he would have made to become the elected one... Not in the coming future... See you, idiot!

  • This is a Excelent... U-TUBE video to watch on this subject... Its short and to the point... check it out !!!

    1) Immigration Gumballs I'd seriously like to know what your opinion is of this ! and if you knew before watching this how serious this really was/is.

    Look forward to your reply...

  • Whatever you say crazy rich old white man! Everyone, realize that this man and his reactionary points of view are IRRELEVANT. • I keep telling all of You who feel this way,I see Your passion,I understand it because I feel the same way im just on the other side.Ill tell You like I tell the rest of People like Yourself,COME AND GET IT!You dont stand a chance.

  • guiterrez said that the american ppl want secure borders and a path way for illegal immigrants to have a citizenship. That's true, than why doesnt luis guiterrez want to secure the borders but wants amenesty for illegal immigrants? Could it be that luis guitterez is a slave trader of the hispanic culture, what a traitor of his own kind.

  • Most drugs in USA are made IN USA.

  • Don't ask the American people they are STUPID and believe everything they see on TV.

    So biotches slap yoo selvess.

The majority on TV, say that immigrants are some how invading the country, bringing tons of diseases, and some how taking jobs. Every person that sees that believes it.

So there ya go don't pay attention to TV, pay attention to facts!

  • Brownie tu culo apestoso y podrido, ingnorante ya dejen de inventar tantas razas que ni existen, ni sabes solo repites lo que otros pendejos dicen sin saber...

  • legal or illegal is the issue. If we could just see the "legals" NOT supporting the "illegals". Hell yes, that prick, legislator or not, NEEDS TO BE DEPORTED. Let's send the La Raza (The Racists), Juan McCain, and every other "politician" with a WETBACK AGENDA back to CHILI-SHITTER-LAND.

  • FUCK LOU DOBBS, BILL O'REILLY TOO!

FUCK ALL WHITE SUPREMACISTS ON YOUTUBE!

FUCK THE MINUTEMEN, KKK, ARYAN NATION, etc. etc.

  • Pinche chino pendejo!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Brownie tu culo apestoso y podrido, ingnorante ya dejen de inventar tantas razas que ni existen, ni sabes solo repites lo que otros pendejos dicen sin saber...

  • You are a motherfucking idiot.

Dude, you are stupid, how can he be illegal and yet have a place on the USA government.

    Stop with your stereotype shit.

  • i know they are abunch of bitter angry whites who like to blow off steam on such vid blogs on youtube, just like their daddy lou dobbs, but only he gets paid for it he has his own show.

  • interview was pointless. Mexican barely let Dobbs speak.

  • He's not Mexican. He's Puerto Rican.

  • Lame Focused - all wetbacks are spics, including you. de los rodias y chupame! yeeeeha! ariba america!

  • Sanchez arguement is stupid. what hes saying is 1. grant amnesty, so we can document whos here.

then 2. give them the path to citizenship. then

    3. allow more illegals to come in during this period. then down the road, maybe we close the border. he said we cant close the border until we grant amnesty first. what a fcukin joke!

  • His Name is Luis V. Gutierrez NOT SANCHEZ!

Get your facts right and stop generalizing by skin color.

    1ne.

  • stick to the argument and stop trying to make race an issue here. Sanchez or Gomez or Donald Duck. It doesnt change his argument. He is not being honest about this issue as most hispanics arent. They are the racists in this issue. They want more Browns like them to come and join the party in america.

  • Why are you afraid of the Browning of America? A bit xenophobic ain't ya.

  • there you go again, accusing me of "fear" and "racism". Just like lou dobbs, i was married to a Mexican and I have 2 1/2 brown babies. Stop injected fear and racism into this social and economic immigration issue. You're an idiot if you dont think we need to control who comes and goes across our borders.

  • Calling me an idiot twice and Gutierrez stupid, very immature. It doesn't matter who you were married to, that justifies nothing! The system is fractured/broken. People don't honor this wall/border. Immigration is a complex issue. I'm not injecting anything, I'm putting things into context. I don't support a second Berlin wall. Renegotiate NAFTA to stop immigration and build better jobs for the undocumented at home. Stop cheap labor and sweatshops along the border. NAFTA has doubled immigration.

  • your not an idiot, your a fcucking moron. i dont need to justify anything. Its been you accusing me! im only defending myself. You accused me of brownophobia and racism. Go Fcuk yourself Loser!

  • You mad? You maaddd...

Thanks for showing us just how ignorant you really are.

    Have a nice day! haha.
