if my iphone power button is squashed in (its 2nd hand that i bought it) what can i do, i didn't take the motherboard out but i dont' think i can get underneath the power button even if i did. I was gonna see if i can push it back up. It still powers up like normal but its annoying that its flat down. advice?

I have one question.

My iphone 3G 16GB has a wifi problem. It can't detect any wifi. I have tried a lot of things, like: reset the wifi settings, reset my iphone etc. but nothing worked. Can I conclude that my wifi chip is broken?

I've got the same problem since I upgraded the newest OS from Apple. But also returning to the old OS didn't give the solution. Even my Navigon (100€) doesn't functions right anymore.

I hope you have got the solution for this problem already.

@hytata yes, but only if ur iphone is under the 1 year warrenty, if its out of warrenty ur gonna have to do the repair ur self or have someone else do it. if u do it urself it should be around 15$ if ur kit comes with tools.

so i disassembled the iphone 3g and assembled it back together just to look inside. i made sure all the connectors were back in place.

now i can't turn on my phone. when i plug it into the wall charger, the apple logo appears for 2 seconds and then turns off. i tried to do a hard reset and it shows the "connect to itunes" logo and it stays there. the problem is when i disconnect the usb, the phone shuts off.

I plugged the phone into my laptop, but it won't start up either! help!!!

Ok I have a ipod touch 1G and my screen has been cracked. The screen still works (I still play games on it all the time). So I'm assuming the LCD works, but does this mean that the Digitizer also works?

Do I need glass with digitizer or just the 2G Glass?
