I went to richmond this year for the nationwide and Sprint cup races all the way from canada and really enjoyed it dale jr should have won but anywayz i love open wheel racing USAC would be really nice to see there but These cars are nothing compaired to ISMA Super modifieds at Oswego speedway or The Modifieds i wish they would give them a shot at richmond the same weekend as Spint and Nationwide they even sound like a race car
can't agree with you on the "great future" part. tony george has totally ruined open wheel racing. how is IRL a good race with only 15 +/- cars? they're all spec cars now, same motors, etc. now 20 years ago had you said that, i would agree. as for today, both CART/IRL have been destroyed and unless somebody else takes charge and gets rid of tony george, there is no future in irl, sorry.
15 cars... your joking right..... You realise at the time you posted that message they were getting fields of 24-28 cars per race :) Somebody just ate their words.

the usac races are a lot of fun. those suckers a LOUD! its a great show before the indycar race (which is just awesome).
btw indyfan, i love openwheel racing as much as anyone its sad you have to act like an ass to anyone that likes anything else.
