Those workers are not adequately dressed for the contamination levels in that building. They should have on full plastics with forced air breathing and have these type anti contamination clothing on under the plastics. They run a high risk of both internal and external contamination while in the building, and especially when they attempt to exit the area and remove their clothing and respirators.
