Im from Chile. Here if you have money you get access to education and health benefits, if not you cant study and if you get sick you will not get medical care. Here the prices of education and medical care are a bad joke. Im not studying right now because in my family we are two brothers and only one can study at one moment. When my sister finish his career, maybe I will be able to study...
