@Hotrodluvmut1 i work in Hosmer and have lived in this area all of my life...this is the first time we've ever had any kind of serious tornado..they are extremely rare occurances

there were no injuries...if u can see the headlights at the beginning of the video..the family was headed out. I am from bowdle and live about a mile away from them...they were out in their front lawn about 20minutes before it hit and decided that it was no use to ride it out if they could see it coming...so they beat feet and are ok.

@Tornadofan134 i was listening to one of the weather crews that came out to the farm the day after the tornado...they were trying to decide whether or not to rate it a F3or F4...mostly because of how much damage it caused..there wasn't much in its way besides this farm and two west of it...but they rated it F4 because of its monstrous size...it was scary to watch from my house!..haha

I was born and raised in bowdle. i go visit my parents all the time beings im only living an hour away. that home that is showed in this video being destroyed is my classmates and my best friends. there are no fatalities from this tornado that hit bowdle. My friend's grandparents farm got hit as well, as well as another 1 of my close friends home. ya nvr think this stuff can hit so close to home. im so proud to say every1 in bowdle rallied together and are helping in every way they can!!!

Randy couldn't get to the house due to power lines down all over. He says the house didn't have as much damage as the barn. As of right now, nobody is reporting any deaths from this tornado.
