This is a major fail.Even if xbox could output 4k resolution it could not handle it because xbox is an outdated console so the only benefit is the display size.You should do some research before connecting a 100000$ projector to a shitty xbox.
Projector is 4K, image is not. Projector scales image up (easy to do, as x4 multiplication). Only one 4K cinema projector currently on the market - Sony SRX-R220. NO COMPARISON to DLP. The SONY is WAY BETTER!!! Pixels are 4x smaller, gap between pixels way smaller, and the gap vs. the pixel size is way better. Gamut (range) of colour on the Sony is WAY BETTER than any CRT. 4K and DC can not be compared to consumer/prosumer products.

crt projector has more colours than lcd and dlp. only advantage of a dlp or lcd is more light output but not as intense as crt. and digitals are always very clear because its fixed panel.
Been playing all my games (PC/Consoles, etc.) on projectors for years.. Both of my current projectors are only XGA. Would love a 1080p model, but forking out the $3-5k sucks.

(Color tone on LCD has never been as good as DLP and brightness and contrast can't even be compared to DLP.) Since that post, I purchased a Mitsubishi DLP 720p HC-1500 projector ($1000). I will hold out on 1080p until they have a larger market on LED powered projectors. (Samsung is now using LED engines on some of their TV's, but not much in "high brightness" front projection.)
Ya I got a dlp projector for my 360 and i got some cheapass 5.1 surround from walmart... its effin sweet to watch movies and play PGR3... cant wait for Halo 3 though...
Its really cool on a LCD projector. I have a SONY LCD and its awesome and much better than buying a small HighDef TV. Why do that if you can see everything in the whole wall?

Saw a 4k cinema demo other day in Welsh Sony factory, you can see the fingerprints in plasterscene on wallis and gromits face the quality is so good

just put a 1600p lcd screen on a overhead projector + dvi/hdmi adaptor lead, cost around 250 quid
