Why wouldn't it start with no problems??? Is it known for not? This is not the first time an owner has mentioned this. Starting up is the last thing I'd worry about.

allthough it doesn't surprise me, ford was noted for doing things like that back in the60's and early 70's, carying over parts from one year to the next.

1968 tail lights have a flat black painted trim around the housings. as the 67's were just all chrome.

its just little stuff like this i pick at when im at car shows. lol everything else looks correct and sweet though!!!!

@TKCobraSVT no thats excelent. a quick question on the 69 boss 302 you might have the answer to. the 69 mustang had the scoops behind the door where the 70 didn't. I see a lot of cars claiming to be 69 boss 302's without the scoops. any ideas on this?

never seen a 69 boss without the scoops. but i do knew that all 70 shelbys were actually 69 mustang bodies and had the scoops. the only differences between a 69-70 shelby are the front grills.
