i used to have a baby coon named rocky...we had him for three years...lived in our barn.....weed feed him bananas but he'd eat the peel and not the fruit....then one day he just dissapeared.

@GatewayXl If you are not careful, Rabies is the least of your worries. If you get bitten, just get a rabies shot and your fine. The danger with Raccoons that most people are unaware of is that some carry parasites in their feces that are harmless to them yet fatal to humans, bringing new life to the phrase "eat shit and die". Regardless I still feed the ones that visit my backyard, they are very gentle and are just looking for something to eat. Just be very careful and wash up afterwards.

We caught 2 baby raccoons and named one rocky the other one died the day we caught it(it was sick but very tame and loved people) Rocky always went outside and kept mice from coming inside, but he got incrediby big and fat and finally just wanderd off.

I potty trained my coon by when she gets full rub his butt with something over paper and then once he feels / sees paper she knows "oh, it pee/ poo time". Since she got older he goes poop were ever she sees paper. And about the Aggressiveness females are more aggressive then males. And if you get one just look between the legs and in about 1 month the balls should descend and then you got a boy but if they don't then you got a girl. just post back for more info
