  • @jliscorpio

    Haha! I love it! :-)

  • in addition, aluminum is known to pass through the placenta to the fetus. It is also known to be a major cause of Alzheimer's

  • i dont like cooking with aluminum foil. in some study small amount of aluminum was found to move over into food from aluminum foils. Even if this amount. we don't like our food containing a potentially problematic metal that wasn't naturally supposed to be there.

  • I made these tonight, but used a roasted garlic & herb seasoning mix instead of the individual seasonings and drizzled w/ olive oil since I didn't have butter. VERY tender and juicy. Made roasted delicata squash with a chili lime butter (I subbed margarine) dressing. Perfect together!

  • @bickaboo

Oh gosh, that sounds good and I am hungry! I skipped dinner tonight!

  • Thank you for your videos about yard twists. I saw someone at church today with some and I want to put some in my son's hair. I did an internet search and found your videos. Thank you for sharing! Does having yarn or anything synthetic rubbing in your hair break it off?

  • @ProfGriggs

Hi there! I am glad my vids are helpful! No, the yarn will not break off hair. Just be careful about build-up...that - in my opinion - and poor detangling are what can result in damaged hair.

  • Is this skinless chicken as well?

  • @nemoryer

    It is skinless and boneless.

  • I made this tonight... it was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for posting this!

  • @slimjen2008

Another satisfied customer! I shared your comment with my husband - the one who first showed me his version of this fabulous dish - and he smiled. :-)

  • @NappyNFree LOL, no joke! I brought leftovers into work today for lunch and my coworkers almost attacked me! LOL

  • @slimjen2008

    That is so funny! :-)

  • I'm starting a new healthy regime on monday and I happened upon your channel. I'm so excited that I'm going to have this as my first dinner meal...Thank you! looks great. Printing the recipe now!

  • @lvngu2

Hi! Okay, how was your first dinner eating healthy? :-)

  • So I must say.... IT WAS THE BOOM!!! thanks for posting this, it has been added.to my recipe book:-)

  • @CauseAndEffect29

Yaaaaay! I am so glad it was a hit! This is just the BEST way to make chicken. Last week, I used garlic pepper and it was good but not as good as when I use the lemon pepper. It is the lemon pepper that is the BOMB! :-)

  • Will be trying this tonight, I will make sure I let you know how it turned out.... It looks delouses :-)

  • It was finger licking goooooood. My family sure did enjoy

  • @arandasaintos

Yay! I love when people tell me this! :-)

  • @MaiTeezy

Yay! I am glad it was a hit! :-)

  • I am going to try this recipe tonite, except, just use 1 thigh. This sounds like a wonderful recipe. Thanks.

  • @nemoryer

    How did it taste?

  • @NappyNFree Wonderfully! I will do it again next time. It did taste healthy, frankly, it bewildered my taste buds. LOL. I'm always used to grease, etc. I need to eat healthy foods. THANK YOU.

  • @nemoryer

I love hearing this!!!! I am getting ready to bake some thighs now. :-)

  • i was under the impression that chicken thighs were too fatty. Well I was mistaken. I researched it after watching this video and found very little difference in the fat content.

I usually use breast, but unless I brine them, they tend to dry out too easily.

I have cooked about 10lbs of thighs using this recipe.

    Thank you!

  • @buckeyeblack

Me, too! I never ate thighs because I thought they were too fatty. My husband loves thighs and now, I love them!

I am glad this recipe worked for you!

  • cool. you might also toss in a few whole garlic gloves

a sprig or fresh rosemary and a splash of white wine.

  • @spwb2k

garlic cloves, rosemary, and white wine? that sounds like it would make the chicken taste wonderful! thanks for sharing!

  • @NappyNFree my folks had a running gag when they were first dating:

mom would show up for dinner cooked by dad and ask "what's for dinner?" when she saw

garlic onions wine and butter cooking. In reply Dad would say "I have no idea."

Then dad would get dinner cooked by mom and they'd repeat the drill

and why today i pretty much start every dish i know with The Big 4,

(actually the Big 5 coz i almost always add in shrooms).

  • @spwb2k

This is a sweet story and I love how you are keeping the tradition going! BTW, what WAS your dad cooking??? :-)

  • Chicken was soooo good, easy and fast! Thank you :-)

  • @wepabcp

I am glad you liked it!

  • If you are only cooking 2 thighs then should the time be reduced?

  • @MilesTheDrummer11

I am GetNShape40, too, and accidentally repsonded to you under that ID.

  • Thank you!

  • i used chicken breast, and lemon juice instead of lemon pepper because i didnt have any, and i have to say, i have never in my life ate chicken that amazing, it was SOOO juicy and tender. amazing, i will share this, thank you!!!

  • @biphillyboy

I love hearing this! Thanks for taking the time to tell me. I am glad it worked (and tasted) well for you!

  • Nice job. Well done.... literally :)

  • @NetJetsPilot

LOL! That was cute. Thanks for watching!

  • Just made this, it was delicious! And the bonus is a very easy cleanup and no mess on the stove. Thanks for sharing.

  • @alleycatcafe

Heeey! I am glad the chicken turned out well! Thanks for letting me. :-)

  • that looks yum!

  • @reznorfan15

It is! I just made some last night....yum! :-)

  • thumbs uuup!

  • @AdoraAdora24

    thank you!

  • Not to be to critical, (to each his own) but I would have layered 2 strips of bacon underneath the chicken when cooking it THAT LONG. Thighs are already a fatty portion of the chicken, so a few more to baste the portions isn't going to change much. I don't really like to foil-wrap my meats because I don't want to over-cook them, so that's why I suggest it. I'm not doggin you in any way for your methods. It looks good, but it's worth a try.

  • @rumschlager

No offensive taken. Thank you for this suggestion. I don't eat pork, would turkey bacon work? I would love to add that to see how it tastes. Fortunately, I have made this dish so much that I have figured out exactly how long to cook it before it becomes dry. :-)

  • This recipe is super easy and very tasty! Thanks so much for posting.

  • @metaregina

You are welcome. This chicken is very good and I cook it all the time. :-)

  • Gonna try this its nice and simple

  • @Carlos2400

Yep. It is nice, simple, and good! :-)

  • @Renee this looks so delicious, I am going to use your recipe tomorrow, however, I will be using chicken breasts. I personally love dark meat, but since I have been married to my husband, he loves breasts and that is what I have been cooking every since (13 years now and counting). I probably will be preparing green beans or broccoli with it. Thank you for this great video.

  • Hi. This is a wonderful recipe and video. Thanks.

  • @ChaChaDave

Thanks for watching and commenting. It is a really good way to make chicken.

  • Looks delicious. Would love to eat that with some quinoa & veggies!!

  • @Ourshortfamily

Thanks! My husband showed me and it is the best way to cook chicken. No fuss and no mess to clean up! No, I don't have a recipe for chicken...yet. :-)

  • @Ourshortfamily

Typo in first reply... I don't have a recipe for LEMON chicken!

  • wow NICE VID. Very easy! And I love the way you made it. I felt like I was reading one of those COOKING FOR IDIOTS, books. Which is what I needed!

  • i love watching your videos! always so detailed.

as far as the dish, i make my tilapia the same way. i would have never thought to make chicken in the fashion. thanks for the new dish.

  • Again, I thank you! Recently, I made tilapia this way and it was delicious! Baking in aluminum foil is the best way to cook!

  • looks good!!!

  • looks delicious, will try it your way!

  • YUM!!!

  • Ok girlee this was right on time! I have my boneless chicken thighs thawed and ready to be cooked. I have everything but an onion so I will have to do it without one because I am too lazy to go get one. I will let you know how it turns out!

  • Please let me know how it turns out! I hope you like it!

  • @NappyNFree It actually came out good. I was afraid that my mother wouldn't like it because she doesn't like anything too spicy. But she ate it all!!!! Thanks again!

  • @TheEccentricDiva

Yay! I am so glad to hear this. I love preparing chicken this way. My husband and I tear it UP. :-)
