@rebel69society Yes I have pets. Cats are good at getting rid of mice and dogs are good watch dogs. I feed them scraps from the animals I kill.

WHAT I WOULD GIVE TO PAY $5 A OZ. I bought most of my OZs at $15 a oz and had to sell off 2/3rds at $30 a oz when I bought my house.I'm stuck not able to buy back in. Lately was the first time in a year that I could buy some silver $200 got me a small 4 ozs:(On the bright side I own a home away from the city. The 1 acre I own I put cattle fencing in reenforced with 2600' of barbwire.I have a extra bedroom stocked with food and water. I've planted 12 fruit trees so far and am adding.Chickens Next

@WarzoneMerc yeah it was a great show until the purple people came on then I don't know what the hell happened they started talking about killing ppl and eating them " can em up" that one lady said. I think they put that in to make us preppers look like nut jobs. I will be showing this to my fam but am going to cut the last part off .

@comicaljakeandtoxin2 I haven't heard anyone (other than the media) say the world was going to end in 2012. If you will listen they almost always say "the world as we know it is going to end." The world that I knew, with freedom, the Bill of Rights, govt that served the people, and polite police, has already ended. Anyone who doesn't know the world as we knew it isn't ending has their head in the same, or somewhere else.

@comicaljakeandtoxin2 None of the "preppers" that I know are prepping for the end of the world. That's a media hype ploy as far as I'm aware. We prep for many reasons such as the current state of the economy or a personal financial crisis. We've been "preppers" for over two decades ourselves and it's saved our butts on many occasions.

I do minor prepping because I don't want to die if the local supermarket closed for a month, or if the water quit flowing from the tap. I did not "prep" until I saw what happened after Katrina in New Orleans. I prep for natural or economic collapse. The straight of Hormuz is about to heat up and prices could double overnight. I prep for shortages.

@wakeuptodnwo You are right, and that is certainly a concern. But the chance to have a national audience with the possibility of waking up more Americans was deemed to be worth the chance. If we can't get the majority of Americans to wake up to how we are falling into tyranny then none of us will be safe. It is up to our generation. By the time our children/grandchildren are grown it will be too late, the police state will be complete. I'll just have to double up on my fortifications (again.)
