You really know nothing about weight training do you? The difference is flat bench and military presses are compound movements that involve multiple muscle groups, but isolate nothing, and the triceps extensions I was doing is an isolation movement designed to develop the triceps only. I do each muscle group once a week and I usually do 3 or 4 exercises ( 2 - 3 sets each) for compound muscle groups and usually 2 exercises (2 sets) for smaller assistance muscles.

man you shouldnt do the excersice which is shown 1st , military press does the same thing and also hits your shoulders and you can use more weight
