  • man you shouldnt do the excersice which is shown 1st , military press does the same thing and also hits your shoulders and you can use more weight

    Its just a tip though , you can do the fuck you wanna do :)

    Military presses is a SHOULDER exercise. I am training TRICEPS here. Why would I replace the 1st exercise with Military presses???????????????

  • @YumonEaton it hits triceps as hard as that movement , maybe even more.Plus its a compound movement and trains your shoulders at the same time.

    And as i said , its just a tip , you dont have to listen to me lol

    You really know nothing about weight training do you? The difference is flat bench and military presses are compound movements that involve multiple muscle groups, but isolate nothing, and the triceps extensions I was doing is an isolation movement designed to develop the triceps only. Please stop commenting on MY video, especially when you are 100% WRONG. I am a national champion bodybuilder....who exactly the hell are you???

  • ok thank you yumon.you must train very hard or have god genetics for triceps.i have problems whit my triceps,they do not match my biceps.im 6,1 compete at 240. so i have a lot to fill out..would love to have your triceps.many regards from roberto from sweden.

    Usually 2 exercises. 2 or 3 sets per exercise.

    I do each muscle group once a week and I usually do 3 or 4 exercises ( 2 - 3 sets each) for compound muscle groups and usually 2 exercises (2 sets) for smaller assistance muscles.
