I have the old pc (amd sempron 3100+ overclock ing to 2.1 ghz, and 2 gb ram (vista) and ati 4650 hd 1GB) And maxed setting on pro street i have to (32 fps) It"s great my old pc :) !

@stephensoliven the 6150se isnt a card... its onboard graphics and at 800x600 everything low, it would get 15-60fps depeding on you cpu and ram... I tested the 6150se with a sempron and 1gb and it would get 15-25fps at those settings. With an X4 740 and 3GB it got 30-50fps at the same settings... The 6150se can be paired with a 1100t and 8GB DDR3 which would reveal enormous fps... but not 7fps...
