well there is one thing i do not understand in this video you should have tric care which covers up to eighty percent of your dental work you need to have done and you can chose to have it done on base or off base so i dont see how ou dont have tricare granted you have to pay the twenty percent or a deductable but if it is a NEEDED surgery they should cover it
Being a military dependent is the skatest job i know, i would love for my wife to be the Marine and me to be dependant, that would be tits. All dependents do are worry about their mans money, worry about ur own money! u dont even pay rent! idk whats so difficult about it. USAF wife, DH deployed since June. Car died, washer and dryer died, car died again, washer and dryer died again, truck died, dog fell apart and had to have surgery, truck died again, dishwasher died, bathroom flooded, and husband's laptop and mine both died. $1700 put into the dog, $1300 put into the truck, $200 put into the car, $80 in laptop: all taken care of because we have excellent credit and I just had to do it. Things aren't going to fix themselves, you have to learn to take care of it.

She had all of her wisdom teeth removed at SmileCare on Camp Pendleton and we paid like $75. The car towing thing is bogus, so I started this video on her side. The rest of it is garbage, this broad's on rocks. I'm sure her husband is excited to know while he's deployed that his wife is an antiwar protester with petitions. Semper Fi!
Hey! I'm a marine wife.....i know its not always the most fun....but honestly they provide us with sooooo much that we should feel blessed. We are blessed to have amazing men....blessed to live in nice houses that we dont have to stress over bills about......blessed that our husbands make this sacrifice......blessed that they came home alive and well from deployment. I know its has its downfalls....but i feel that the high's outweigh the lows a great deal. :)

I never hear my best friend complain and she is here in Missouri and her husband is stationed in England with the Air Force. I have NEVER ever heard her complain!!!
I thank God everyday for my Wife , 14 and a half years and multiple tours....never one complaint.....or atleast not to me and definitly not to the world on you tube....If I was to see this crap while active I would let her feel life in Havelock....in those shit bird apartments for $800 bucks a month....plus all of the other bills......SEMPER FI!!

I laugh. In E1 boot today makes a third more than I did as an E5 over 8. The cost of living if you are living on base has been flat for the most part. Too bad that gold you saere trying to dig turned out to be polished brass. Yes you got hosed by base housing but that seems to be their primary function.

I've only been a Marine wife for a little over 1 1/2yrs. Lived in the civilian world for 30+ (I miss having full control of my life...BTW). So I know I am still a bit ignorant about the military's ways, but so far, we haven't ran into anything that couldn't be dealt with. It's tough and can be annoying. There are a lot of things that don't make sence. Yes, his pay sucks but at least the nessesities are covered and that's all that really matters.

I know you made this video a few years ago, but just so every other military spouse knows, almost every problem you have can be solved. You are very ill-informed. I would recommend getting a book called "Living the military life for dummies" or something along those lines. It is a very good book and covers everything in this video.

Military wifes have to move often - deal with emotional stress and bureaucratic bullshit - are seperated from their spouses - must support him while he's overseas and run the family and kids at home !

It's not that military dependents don't "have" dental. We can, but it's not through Tricare like the health insurance, and there is a monthly co-pay. You just have to sign up for it seperately.

Tea, my ass! Nothing like broadcasting yourself drinking while underage and lying. There is dental available for very little cost per month. If you were the only person that got her car towed, I can guarantee there was a notice sent out because no one else did.

Hey! I'm a marine wife.....i know its not always the most fun....but honestly they provide us with sooooo much that we should feel blessed. We are blessed to have amazing men....blessed to live in nice houses that we dont have to stress over bills about......blessed that our husbands make this sacrifice......blessed that they came home alive and well from deployment. I know its has its downfalls....but i feel that the high's outweigh the lows a great deal. :)

I laugh. In E1 boot today makes a third more than I did as an E5 over 8. The cost of living if you are living on base has been flat for the most part. Too bad that gold you saere trying to dig turned out to be polished brass. Yes you got hosed by base housing but that seems to be their primary function.

Hardships are a part of life and all you can do is roll with the punches and be supportive and as possitive as possible. Tell me he doesn't already have enough on his plate outside the home. Remember, your unhappiness and stress effects your love ones. I agree with most people that it's not nessessary to post videos like this and air your dirty laundry, but whatever you've got to do to get that stress out (Just stay faithful!!!) and be a good wife to your Marine.

I've only been a Marine wife for a little over 1 1/2yrs. Lived in the civilian world for 30+ (I miss having full control of my life...BTW). So I know I am still a bit ignorant about the military's ways, but so far, we haven't ran into anything that couldn't be dealt with. It's tough and can be annoying. There are a lot of things that don't make sence. Yes, his pay sucks but at least the nessesities are covered and that's all that really matters.

I know you made this video a few years ago, but just so every other military spouse knows, almost every problem you have can be solved. You are very ill-informed. I would recommend getting a book called "Living the military life for dummies" or something along those lines. It is a very good book and covers everything in this video.

Military wifes have to move often - deal with emotional stress and bureaucratic bullshit - are seperated from their spouses - must support him while he's overseas and run the family and kids at home !
You all have my respect - it's tough and most of you are doing great, except for the cheating bitches- hope all of them get crabs!
But that's how it is and you should be aware of that when marriing a soldier! If you have issues with that - keep your hands off - nobody forces you to live that way!

It's not that military dependents don't "have" dental. We can, but it's not through Tricare like the health insurance, and there is a monthly co-pay. You just have to sign up for it seperately.

dear god grow up...if you dont have money, get a damned job. dental isnt that expensive. its not the navy's respnsibility to take care of you. if ur old enough to be married, ur old enough to take care of ur self. either put on your big girl panties and suck it up, or step away from the computer. people like you give military wifes a bad name. u live in on post housing, they send out fliers every month. its not anyones fault but your own that your car got towed. cry more n00b...srsly!

Yes there is alot of support for wives you just have to look for it!! YOu get paid a hell of a lot more nowadays they we did when we were just starting out and we made it without having to go to Navy Relief

Your other videos lead me to believe that your financial priorities are way out of order. The reason you couldn't pay a fine is not because they don't pay your husband enough, it's more than likely because you don't NEED BUT WANT new electronic items. No one NEEDS a camera. Maybe you should rearrange your priorities instead of whining about your HUSBAND'S pay. It is your husband's pay, NOT YOURS!

Tea, my ass! Nothing like broadcasting yourself drinking while underage and lying. There is dental available for very little cost per month. If you were the only person that got her car towed, I can guarantee there was a notice sent out because no one else did.

I agree. And there is dental insurance available. Her husband has his dental through the MC, she could have hers as well at a very low cost, like I do. Dental insurance no matter WHERE you go isn't that great. It's expensive no matter what. Again. It's one of those things where you "Suck it the F*&^ up", "Put on the big girl panties", move on, and do something about it!!! :)
