ladybluluv: if by "those 2" you meant Elliot and Hawkes, I can tell you a reason. They don't think on legacy or something, they just wanna play 'cause they're musicians, no matter how old they are, as easy as this. Hard to understand if you are not a musician.

Oh, they are horrible. What are those 2 trying to do to their own legacy and to those other important members who made that original band SO Great? really insulting and to their fans. It's like Ringo putting a poor imitation band together doing The fabs fours music calling themselves The New Beatles.....

Todd cant even sing his own songs anymore...I dont know who thought he'd be a good replacement for Ric. Seriously , listen to him waver all OVER the place.

And whats with the hair? What is he , some 19 yr old art student still? To paraphrase the Nazz days,,,,"Open your eyes"!!!

Well for one thing,it was Ric himself who recommended Todd to the "New Cars" .

Caught Todd on a tour called "A trip down Abbey Road".Every Musician rocked the place!

Ric always did have a sense of humor !

Ive seen Todd countless times, from the "Road to Utopia " Tour at the Spectrum in 1980, Accapela, Solo shows....I gave up on him when he did that "Liars" tour...that was truely the absolute worst show Ive ever seen in 33 years.

Yea even the singing on this video isn't very good as I listen to it.He was here in Minneapolis to replay some 1975 album of his.Didn't go.He must've slid downhill after 2002.
