Saying that it is the "only game which music is played by an orchestra, etc etc" is a fallacy. Have you heard of MGS themes? Seen how wonderful the environment of Lineage 2 is? those are done by people just as professional as FF's team. That's all I'm saying. :)
yes, but MGS doesn't have graphics and presentation that the FF had, and orchestra doesn't play MGS themes. Also Square staffs made the first FF over 20 years ago, using the original Nintendo, and carried that over all the way to PS3. That's pretty impressive. Most RPG and fantasy games were inspired by FF, and FF7 was groundbreaking in a sense that it integrated movies and 3D graphics for presentation, and it was one of the earliest game to use 3D.

You're right about everything else though, the Final Fantasies are great for the genre, which I happen to love. :)
