When Gordon commented on how Two-Face killed 5 people, 2 of them cops, who did he kill? He killed Wuertz at the bar (he didn't kill the bartender), Maroni's limo driver, and it's safe to assume Maroni died in the crash (but Maroni wasn't shot to death by Two Face). He didn't kill Ramirez, but used her to set up Gordon's family where Rachel died. Is he being blamed for Officer Davis and the other cop killed at the hospital, who was really killed by the Joker? But, that'd make it 3 cops dead.
One of Maroni's henchmen was also taken out before Dent even entered the limo. It's hard to see, but it's visible on the left as Maroni is going to his car. Not sure who the other cop was, unless Ramirez was mistakenly included.
@betatalk357 Nolan doesn't explain everything, instead he leaves a lot open to interpretation (ie things happen between scenes, or are implied to happen, etc). In the movie we see, I'll bet, 10% of what Joker has actually done, although the 10% we see is focused on the results of his actions. I'll bet with Dent it's similar, we see some of his actions, mainly focused on the results, but not most of it. In fact the same is true of Batman, he is doing a lot behind the scenes (as Lucius learns).
@betatalk357 Maybe Dent used to be a cop before he became District Attorney. They imply in a few lines that he was in Internal Affairs, which is a bureau of the police. This would make Dent the other dead cop besides Wuertz, and the 5th dead person next to Maroni, his driver, his other bodyguard, and Wuertz. Remember that Batman is taking the blame for all 5 deaths, including Harvey's. Hope I helped :)

The way he plays two-face is epic and accurate compared to the Tim Burton portrayal, Tim buttons laughed alot, her he never laughs and talks so cold and heartless. Thats the way two face should be done. The only gripe I have is he should have two guns but that really dosnt make a difference. I can't wate for two face in arkham city.

I have to agree with some of of the people who say that this is a better protrayal of Two-Face. He should not be laughing, dancing, smiling, or any of that nonsense like he did in Batman Forever because those are Joker's trademarks. Two-Face should be angry and pissed off since he has lost everything (including half of his face) and I applaud Aaron Eckhart for this performance.
@pmt99 just by writing off his Forever appearance doesn't make this performance good. Eckhart's Dent was superb, but... face it, they were running out of money by the time they got to Two-Face.
The only thing I can defend them with is that, even realistically, a guy like TwoFace wouldn't survive in the criminal underworld the way he does in the comic books. I never liked Two-Face very much until Arkham Asylum...

Ramirez is still alive as you can see her in the background when Gordon was bashing the Bat signal near the end of the movie so she can't be one of the cops that were killed. My guess is some cop at the hospital, not the one that the Joker killed but after the Joker gave Harvey the gun, he could have used it to escape.
The CGI make up of Harvey Dent is just awesome....it´s not very realistic that a mutilation like this wouldn´t change the way he speaks, but still....great work by the SFX crew.

Wuertz (the cop who gets shot here) did an inside job with the Joker's henchmen. He and officer Ramirez (who Dent already suspected as a shady female cop) were in on the Joker's plan from the very beginning of the movie.
Later on when Dent pistol-whips Officer Ramirez, it actually kills her. This is because we find out that Dent killed four people (two of them cops) according to Gordon.
On a side note, I believe Coleman Reese will be The Riddler in the next film. Mr. Reese = Mysteries...
Gordon said he killed 5 people [a plot hole, that information couldn't have been revealed to him]. We didn't see Dent kill 5 people, so he was up to more than we were shown. Plus, Ramirez won the coin toss.
The only thing Nolan's mentioned about a third film is that there would have to be a good script, or there would be no movie. Plus, The Riddler's real name is Edward Nigma.
You know what. You are right. How the HELL could Gordon have known about all of those homicides in that short span.....after all, Dent was on a rampage and everything had to take place within a 8 hour span, I'm guessing.

I'm thinking either perhaps he disappears from the spotlight (despite him trying to reveal the identity of Batman, Bruce saved him... appreciation n' such), or perhaps he'll have some (minor/mediocre) involvement with the antagonist of the next film.
He may have just knocked Ramirez out, and killed a second corrupt cop, knowing Two-Face he always adbides by the coin flip, and with Ramirez it came up good so he more then likely didn't kill her as knocked her out

Yeah. It's also way more realistic. How the hell could he recognize the sarred side in the dark elseway. I think he is wayyy more credible than the Joker in this movie because we know that as long as we see meaning in the Joker's plans, we could all become litle Two-faces.
They were leaving more of his face in other concept versions but at the same time this would have looked like a real burn victim and the critics might not have been so favorable towards the movie. Neither do I. i much more prefer this Two-face because, let's face it, he looks badass with only half of his head having hair and such. just like in THE Long Halloween the film was based on.

What was the reason why Two-Face killed this guy?

Wuertz (the cop who gets shot here) did an inside job with the Joker's henchmen. He and officer Ramirez (who Dent already suspected as a shady female cop) were in on the Joker's plan from the very beginning of the movie.
Later on when Dent pistol-whips Officer Ramirez, it actually kills her. This is because we find out that Dent killed four people (two of them cops) according to Gordon.
On a side note, I believe Coleman Reese will be The Riddler in the next film. Mr. Reese = Mysteries...

Gordon said he killed 5 people [a plot hole, that information couldn't have been revealed to him]. We didn't see Dent kill 5 people, so he was up to more than we were shown. Plus, Ramirez won the coin toss.
The only thing Nolan's mentioned about a third film is that there would have to be a good script, or there would be no movie. Plus, The Riddler's real name is Edward Nigma.

You know what. You are right. How the HELL could Gordon have known about all of those homicides in that short span.....after all, Dent was on a rampage and everything had to take place within a 8 hour span, I'm guessing.
But, about Ramirez.....Just because she won the coin toss doesn't mean she didn't die from the blunt force trauma. I mean, Dent literally fucked her up, Police are always communicating with each other, and "two cops dead"....Obviously she died from Dent's furious antics.

Oh dude, no doubt she got absolutely nailed. I'm kind of skeptical that she died from her injuries, I mean, she is a detective. The fate of Maroni is making me bite my nails too, we don't know if he was one of Dent's victims or not... that's good film making, eh?

Good script? Yes, I believe that. But I don't think Nolan would leave the whole Coleman Reese side-story hanging. I mean, the guy is obviously mentally-scarred.....imagine this. If people in your city wanted to kill you, and you were literally getting shot at by paranoid mother fuckers, how would you react? Would you trust people after that? Or would you go crazy?
I'd suspect the latter.
Just because his name isn't "Edward Nigma" doesn't mean that he can't be the Riddler.Just My theory

I'm thinking either perhaps he disappears from the spotlight (despite him trying to reveal the identity of Batman, Bruce saved him... appreciation n' such), or perhaps he'll have some (minor/mediocre) involvement with the antagonist of the next film.

He may have just knocked Ramirez out, and killed a second corrupt cop, knowing Two-Face he always adbides by the coin flip, and with Ramirez it came up good so he more then likely didn't kill her as knocked her out

I will give you the part about Carrey being an amazing comedian and it's true because he is GREAT in comedies but as for the part of him being a BRILLIANT actor I have to disagree. Guys like Depp, Ledger, Decaprio, Dean, Brando, Daniel Day Lewis and etc are BRILLIANT actors.

even do Batman never fights two face in this flim it always makes me think like when I watch this movie like when two face is in the bar and when he pointing a gun at Gordon's caller on the phone I think alot people who were watching the dark knight in theaters for the first time when they the saw scenes they probley thought that Batman was goning to face this guy and fight him but it still great movie and Nolan is great dirctor good clip

Yeah. It's also way more realistic. How the hell could he recognize the sarred side in the dark elseway. I think he is wayyy more credible than the Joker in this movie because we know that as long as we see meaning in the Joker's plans, we could all become litle Two-faces.

They were leaving more of his face in other concept versions but at the same time this would have looked like a real burn victim and the critics might not have been so favorable towards the movie. Neither do I. i much more prefer this Two-face because, let's face it, he looks badass with only half of his head having hair and such. just like in THE Long Halloween the film was based on.

well, i don't n ow if you have red it, but there was a grafic novel by grant morrison called 'arkham aslyum', there was a short movie company who made a computer version of it (like final fantasy) and it was amazing, all it needed was the funding, it was on youtube, but it was in spanish and the joker looked shit, but they were talking about re-doing the joker and puttin in the voice of mark hamill, if you havnt red it you should, its freaky as fuck

exacly it rules out, croc, clayface, poison ivy,man-bat, i suppose they could do bane, but i dont know, plus they are tryin to keep the films very dark, as they should be, so they are not gonna use the riddler or mr freeze, it seems one of the only options they have is hugo strange......i dont know, what u think?

i know, what a waste, he was one of my favourite characters, it was the first time he was used in a batman film, it was just building up to the point where he was really crazy and started going on a rampaged and having a proper fight with batman, he comes in on a horse says 'theres nothin to fear but fear himself' then gets tazered by Rachael and that's it.......yeah he was in the dark knight, but it was a very small part,
