I finally received my anker battery today ! Im soo excited to use it ! My phone on the original htc battery doesnt last an 8hr work day with minimal usage and the screen on all the way dimmed and also w. Constant app kill. So i am definetly excited to start using this battery asap...

Just got mine in the mail, charger stays blue all the time even though I know the battery isn't fully charged. I'm just charging the battery in the phone and calling it done.

So simply charging the battery in my phone won't be a problem because I don't want to keep taking the battery out. I heard one girl say hers got really hot and melted the sim card

Thanks for the video. I just received my batteries for my GS2 and I was having a hard time trying to charge, the lighter was blue all the time. Now its red. :)

Just got mine in today from amazon. Crazy fast shipping for free shipping. I found that mine charged with the left two contacts connected. If your battery is fully charged its going to be blue the no matter where you put the contacts. So its best to try this knowing your battery needs a little charging. But it looks like mine is working now

I tried to charge my phone battery and the light never went from red to blue. It just stayed red. Then when I took it off to see if it had charged, the battery was puffed up a bit. I think it fried my battery. What do you think I did wrong?

@realmadridfan1980 I would check which contacts are connected. Try all possible combinations. For me, it was always the furthest-most contacts that ended up working.

@btran213 Only if I have the brightness on full and I have the screen on all the time. Otherwise, no.

Thank you for making this video. When I put my battery in like you describe, the light turned red and the charger was not plugged in.

@psgivens If you leave the battery connected without plugging the charger in, the red light will disappear.

I'm curious, my charger when charging a battery will reach a point where the color turns a purplish color and eventually turns into a darker solid blue. Does the purple mean "almost done" ?

@FindingLuis It's likely. I noticed that my charger light turns purple right before it turns blue. Kudos to Anker for letting us know when the battery is "nearly charged".

@SalvadorDali I figured this might be it due to the fact that the mix of red and blue is purple. Neat little feature they put in there.

Thanks I needed this, I just got mine today & it came with no instructions & I couldn't figure it out. What kinda battery life are you getting out of your sensation wit this w/ the extended battery (Which I also purchased)?

@LifeisMusic07 I'm getting at least 4 more hours out of the battery with my general usage, which is more than enough. But my favorite feature is the who fact that there are two batteries. While I'm now getting 10 hours of moderate usage out of one battery, the other is charging at home. When I get home, I just swap the two out and I'm back at 100%.

@SalvadorDali That's great. Just what the doctor ordered. lol. I love that feature too because I'm in college at lil community, so I often come home from eating, classes, or different activities so I can just pick up my battery & go.
