I had the hardest time trying to beat this guy, until I took a different view. In the first two rounds just dodge all of his punches which is not hard the only punch that is hard to dodge for me was his super macho man punch. In the last round just fight like normal and you can knock him down twice and win.

The Super Macho Man punch is sort of weird; you have to practically duck as he just starts with the first punch or you'll be too slow to dodge all three.
