Good review. I have a Philip norelco body groomer. I did not no you can replace the blade but I keep mines clean. It is good to use, to trim pubes,like your in thigh hair,arm pit hair, stomach hair, back hair you would need someone to trim for you. If you are a body builder or male dancer you can shave yourself ball before you go on stage. Instead of using shaving cream and you don't have to worry about cutting yourself..

@crazyanimal187 The holes in the foil are too large. They were meant to let in body hair, which is coarser than facial hair, so if you use them on your face, you might take some skin with it. I've actually tried it on my face. First off, it's really unwieldly, and second, it will irritate your skin.

It won't cut your skin because only your hair is thin enough to reach the razor in the shaving foil. I just got mine in the mail yesterday and let me tell you it feels great.
