@karsone1 - I am not good at writing tabs but here are the chords:

C-Maj-7, B-flat-Minor-7 (if it sounds wierd then its just B-min-7), Amin7, F-G (play a no-bar F chord and the G note by hitting the third fret on the low-E string - I do it with my ring finger)
