It could happen but idk why there trying to make it with real actors it cost much more and stuff for a movie like this and wouldn't be the same, I think this is something for pixar or dreamworks but the problem with that Is they make kid movies and bioshock to be real to the game would have to be rated R, I also think that's why no one will support the film for production. Company's dont like R much it limts the viewers which dose the income too. Same reason no one will produce nc17 or A games.

1 they canceled the making because it was over budget

I disagree. Bioshock can be made into a movie. It is pretty muck already a movie. Just follow the bloody graphics add a plane crash and have a happy ending. Or you can have a not so happy ending that would lead to Bioshock Infinite.
