I have this paper and love it.. I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it. I am a photographer, so that is why I got it, but this project is just beautiful.. I love it. I was wondering if take some boxes and stacking them would work for the bellow? Or just making paper boxes? I know it should look like an accordion, but just playing around with some ideas... your work is awesome.

I just love this video. i was wondering how you made the accordion part for your camera lens. I have been trying to figure it out for a while now and just don't get it.
Do you have a tutorial on how to make that specific part of your album?
@tatteredrosestudios The bellows is the trickiest part of this mini, and it's not easy to explain. I did create it from one piece of cardstock cut using a bunch of funky angles. It took a fair bit of math to figure out the angles so that it ended up the correct size. I am in the process of writing a pattern for this album, and will post a video when it is available - unfortunately, life has gotten in the way lately, so I can't make any guarantees as to when it will be complete.

i want a camera box like that sooooo bad! i collect cameras (all kinds, vintage, slr, instant and just everything) and some of my slr cameras have really small lenses so that box would be perfect to keep them in! OMG- this is an amazing mini! You are so creative, this is certainly unique, I've not seen any one else come up with this idea. You are very talented and people obviously want instructions for this camera. You could sell the instructions and then make a few videos with a tutorial. @Mabu14 Glue doesn't work very well for attaching the movie strip ribbon. I use micro brads through the holes along the edge of the ribbon to attach it to my paper before I glue it down to my page.

@canadianscrappergirl Thank you! The original stamp is a design I created...it's an ammalgamation of all the features I liked in several other stamps I saw on the internet. I bought it on ebay for $5.50US from Chris Yong. He will work with you to create a customized stamp, and he also has many designs from which to choose. You can find him at MyCustomStamps(dot)com

How did you attach the film strip ribbon... I had so much problem using mine... I tried all sorts of glue.. including glossy accents.

I just found your channel through one of my friends and all I can say is WOW!! That camera is AMAZING!! You are definitely not wasting your time making videos of what you create. Love this project! I really hope you will do a tutorial on how to make the camera! It is so unique and vintage! Can I ask who makes the "original" stamp you used on the back of your mini? TFS!

@canadianscrappergirl Thank you! The original stamp is a design I created...it's an ammalgamation of all the features I liked in several other stamps I saw on the internet. I bought it on ebay for $5.50US from Chris Yong. He will work with you to create a customized stamp, and he also has many designs from which to choose. You can find him at MyCustomStamps(dot)com

What a fantastic job you did with reimagining Kathy's paperbag mini as a smaller one. It's just beautiful. Love all the pages. You really brought out the charm of that paper line.
