A design Chrysler chose to use after even witnessign Crash Test Dummies being ejected. Chrysler can't even be sued any more for defects.
Chrysler was also "privately" owned by a company with billions. Lucky Govt did anything for Chrysler.
I'll buy a GM over any POS Chrysler product any day!

The car is 1996 Saturn, so it's right on the threshold where it's mandatory for the car to pass emissions standards in my state. The car has a cylinder misfire (no, its not spark plugs or wires) that has to go to dealership to get fixed.. it leaks oil from the cam seal.. needs a new cat and exhaust.. and that's just for starters.
That "117" point inspection means NOTHING. The car a bought had one of those and it supposedly was in Excellent condition. 32 days later the AC stopped working and the Red and orange light in the dashboard lit up.
every lazy employee at gm deserve everything they have coming to them...I dont feel bad at all for them.....If your lazy and you build crap then dont exspect to keep your job.....american cars are unsafe and unreliable. if you buy american exspect it to be worth nothing a few months after your purchase.

I own a GM vehicle that is completely uninspectable without sinking thousands into it despite diligent and proper maintenance the entire time I owned it. It's not even worth supporting American car companies anymore, especially GM. Your money is better spent on foreign cars that are more reliable and easier on your wallet.
all foreign are twice as reliable, and are better in price, last longer, look better, better fuel millage. GM looses the game. i wish we'd switch to all foreign made vehicles. It's people opinion tho! If your into saving money and have more sense then you do money foreign cars are the way to go.

i had Cadillac CTS 2003. Last year i spent 3000$ dollars on the repair. I sold that car and bought new Hyundai Sonata. I am so glad i did.

We have owned GM cars for 30 years. No major problems with: Chevy Van, Buick, Olds, Pontiac TransPort, Pontiac Bonneville.
All these GM vehicles were spot on reliable transportation. Others may have had different experiences.
