ive got the italian pc version but i tink is in the other verion's case too

under the sister requiment

italian "*la creazione di server multiplayer e consentita solo previa autorizzazione scritta di joag italy SPA"

in inglish should be "*creation of a multiplayer server is only autorizated by joag italy Spa

but "joag spa is an italian thing so it means it should be a bit different cuz i have translated myslef and im italian

Thats old - everyone, who are more that just playing GTA3 know about it. There is much more evidence in a fact and even pieces of code left in game executable including hidden menus.

I had a patch witch put some of the multiplayer menu back into the exe. Shame the multiplayer itself doesn't exist in the exe
