Does someone give a 2 days too late wednesday request to get the national guard to help save people? While she issued a shoot to kill order ( NG would have to be pshycic to tell for sure if people in those conditions were looting or surviving...apart from her looting pigs ofc..shame NG/NOPD did not shoot them :) and a seize defensive weapons order ( violating 2nd ammend right's ) ?

Blanco didn't ask for military assistance ... it's in the constitution. Didn't ask for troops explicitly, Blanco wasn't "a dieing man" ... what a major fuck up.

what she said-I really need to call for the military, I should have started that in the first call, but when they know the camera is on they spin it saying I wanted to call for the military I should have made that clear on my first call to the president. TRUTH she did NOT make the call for troops till wed. afternoon it only took the feds 2 days to evacuate the hospitals and nursing homes. once she called

the only time blanco ever told the truth on camera was when she did not know the camera as on. By law the president can not send troops into a state unless the Governor ask for them so if a man is dying and has a do not resuscitate order than the Dr. can not save him
