Fake, totally on a private server. The ones running forward is the GM. Private servers usually have higher droprate on rare things, and as you can see. The rare mount dropped..

hey guyz listen i wanna tell u about sumthin funny :D i didnt get a chance to ge3t this on video but 5 rogues in a group soled kael thas ( the one in TK) :D one of them was me ... (u prolly guessed that) anyway this is what we did we had the rogue with the highest evasion kite him round the rrom while all of us ToT on him while using crippling poison it took a while but i was able to spam some nice 12k ambushes :D u wouldn;t believe it ... the mount dropped :D and i got it!!!!

they engaged him, and it did take more then 3 seconds, but, that was because the guy being MCed wasnt attacking him right away, as you can see near the end...he went down in maybe 2 to 3 seconds...a chunk of health was taken out in 3 hits. they probably wanted to get some aggro so they can loot before sicking that guy on him.

That was done on a PTR Server(2.4), the blood knight's judgement ability had no cd/gcd on ptr and hits fpor ~8k dmg, so we had our priest bind the spell on mousewheel and spaming it for "instant kills". that "bug" was fixed before 2.4 gone live

Not saying it's not fake, or it is fake. Just noting that there is what is called "Fake T6." Fake T6 are epics that have similar models to each classes T6 set. Like pvp gear they are just slightly off-colored and the stats are a bit different. As per the epics dropping, on MGT he drops 2 blues, 1 epic. On heroic he drops 3 epics from what I've read and heard. + If it was a private server, why 5, and why didn't he drop even more? Seeing that, I might try that MC trick, and if it works, epics.

The items you're talking about is also called random epics, and not all private servers drop a huge amount of epics from one boss. This one, and I'm pretty sure it's a private server, just have slightly more drop chance than the retail servers I presume.
